Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Other activities include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in bedrooms. Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (15 minutes)

Our pool villa is easily accessed with our keyless smart lock and is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. This will also disarm the alarm. There are 2 exterior cameras. One in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 14 guests across five bedrooms, plus a queen sofa bed in the family room. The first-floor primary ensuite features a king bed, soaking bathtub, standalone shower, and direct access to the pool area. Upstairs, a second ensuite also offers a king bed. Additional bedrooms include two queen beds, two single beds in a themed room, and one full bed with one twin bed. Each bedroom includes a smart TV and ceiling fan for added comfort.

Indoor living
The living areas are bright and thoughtfully arranged for group stays. A dedicated workspace in a separate room with a door provides a quiet place to focus. The air-conditioned game room features a pool table, foosball table, arcade games, board games, and a TV, creating a fun space for all ages. A separate children’s playroom includes toys, books, and games, making it easy for younger guests to stay entertained.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances, granite counters, and an oven with a built-in Air Fryer, offering everything needed for home-cooked meals. A dining table provides space to gather, while the coffee setup supports relaxed mornings before heading out for the day.

Outdoor living
The private backyard is fully fenced and includes outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a patio space for relaxing. The private outdoor pool and spa are available year-round, with optional heating available for an additional cost. A grill is available for outdoor cooking, and a convenient half bath opens directly to the pool area.

Guests have access to Wifi, a dedicated workspace, free washer and dryer, and a 65 inch HDTV with streaming services. Exterior security cameras face outward for guest safety.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs.
