Amazing 6 Bedroom Emerald Isle Villa with Spa and Games Room

Located in the gated Emerald Island Resort near Disney World, this beautiful six-bedroom, five-and-a-half bath villa offers luxury amenities and ample space for the entire family and plenty of guests. Newly furnished and expertly decorated in 2012, the rental home’s kitchen features top appliances, cooking and dining essentials, and a breakfast nook overlooking the pool area for a serene dining experience. With large screen LCD televisions throughout and a DVD player in all rooms, guests can enjoy their favorite shows and films when they are not exploring the nearby attractions. Guests will also love the villa’s game room complete with pool, foosball, and air hockey.
When it comes to comfort, the extra king-sized bed in the master suite is the perfect respite after a busy day as is the soothing tub in the master bath. Three other bedrooms are furnished with large bed sets, and the final two rooms, which are decorated in princess and Toy Story themes, have single beds.
When you need to take in the fresh air, the patio area offers plenty of lounge chairs and a private pool and Jacuzzi for relaxing by yourself or with guests. There is also a communal pool for the entire complex as well as parking included with your rental. At present there is a $20 charge per vehicle to enter the resort which is excluded from the rates and charged by the resort later.

RUN do not walk to stay in this amazing house!

My golf friends and I have stayed in different homes every year at Emerald Island for many years and Martyn's home is by far the best. Lots of room, great furniture and you cannot beat the location. Martyn was amazing to communicate with - the best ever. If you want to stay in a beautiful home, close to Disney, and lots of restaurants and golf - this is the place!

Great Property

This was an excellent property for us. We have 5 children under 12 and this house was great. Plenty of room; the game room was a hit and so was the the pool. The pool had issues when we arrived, but the pool company fixed then immediately. We have stayed at many properties in Kissimmee and I would recommend this one. Thank you.

Great Communication with owner…..

This was my first time using VRBO and the overall experience was good. We had many questions and received the answers really quick. I like that the owner was involved! I don’t know if I would do this again but too early to say. We took care of it as if it was our own.

Pictures were an accurate representation

I stayed here with family and friends as we attended a soccer tournament at ESPN Wide World of Sports for my daughter and her teammates family. There was ample space for both of our families, 10 of us including 4 adults, 3 teenagers and 3 children ages 5-10. The pictures listed are exactly what you could expect upon arrival. The pool and backyard were clean and well kept. We were about 15 minutes door to door to all Disney parks and just a tad longer to Universal. Plenty of shopping and restaurants close by. The quick response time and helpfulness from the owner, Martyn, was outstanding! I will definitely return.

Great Place, but A/C was weak

This was a great house overall. However, we noticed the upstairs A/C struggled to cool ... and it was only 73 degrees outside in late November. I doubt it could keep up in Spring or Summer. Also the kitchen had very few amenities. No soap, salt, dishwasher pods etc. so be sure you bring everything you would need like this. Also the coffee maker just needs to be thrown away, as it kept leaking. But other than those couple of things the place was great, very spacious and nice back yard area.

Nice home close to Disney

My family and I stayed here with my in laws and sister in law’s family (11 of us total). Pros: Location of the house Screened in and covered porch area Plenty of space in the house Neighborhood Communication with the owner Sliding door alarm for pool/porch area Cons: House wasn’t as clean as we would have liked (on the porch, baby high chair, behind the couch, etc) Hot tub didn’t work the entire week AC didn’t work great upstairs Pool baby gate isn’t very secure (my four year old could squeeze in between the poles Overall, the house was great. The owner was very prompt and responsive, but he couldn’t get the hot tub fixed during the week we were there. This was a big disappointment for us because it was one of the main reasons we booked the house. The house is very spacious and nicely furnished. The beds were comfortable, and there were both bath and pool towels. There was also toilet paper and paper towels supplied so we didn’t have to run the store ASAP for that stuff.

Beautiful place

The house was a very nice house we had enough space for everyone. The check in process was a little annoying only because when we arrived I wasn't given a code from the owner to get into the house so we had to wait to get it. The Jacuzzi did not work it wasn't until the last night that we got it fixed so that sucked . Also there was no dish soap or laundry detergent to start with so make sure you have all of it before you get there . Everytime I wrote the owner he responded quickly . over all it was a beautiful place to stay and would use it again

House was accurately described which is great considering how many rental properties there are in the area. Issue with Internet that couldn't be avoided, but Martyn communicated throughout the entire process.

Very Satisfied Customer

I decided to take my family to the Orlando area for a New years getaway and so glad I did. The house we rented was awesome, identical to the description. The kids enjoyed the pool and adults enjoyed sitting outside lounging around. The entire house was more than accomodating if you have a large family. The bedrooms was spacious and comfortable. The house is well maintained and I would recommend anyone visiting the area looking for a clean, spacious and comfortable place to stay look no further this property is an excellent choice. If ever vacationing in the Orlando area again I would definitely stay here. Very Satisfied customer Janet
