You can't miss us ... real close to trains, buses, supermarkets, shopping centres and malls and so easy to get to from the main airport arlanda.

The train leaves the main terminal building and 3 stops your here, back on the train to stockholm and 6 stops your there. There is a mall within walking distance at every stop on the way including the largest mall in scandinavia.Sollentuna one of the closest residential housing areas to stockholm city, there are many activities in the close area

We ended up staying for two nights because property was so dirty, not taken care of at all. And it was not safe for young children. I can’t recommend this property.

The property is a few minutes walk from the train station. You can reach airport in about 20 minutes and Stockholm city centre around 25 minutes. There are 3 bedrooms. It can accomodate 6 persons and can up to 8 persons if softbeds in the living room are used. But bear in mind that there's one bath room only. You need to take stairs to the bedrooms so elderly and young kids may not be too suitable though. The nearby environment is quiet and comfortable. You can find shops within reach. Car park is also available. Invertor airconditioner is a plus as you can have cool air in the summer and heating when cold.

Great location, helpful host

The location is really great, with only 5 min walk to the railway station and a 20 min ride to central Stockholm. The area is nice and calm, apart from some traffic noise. The house and garden are a bit worn, but the friendly and helpful host responded fast and efficient when we pointed out some minor flaws. Check-in as well as check-out was very convenient.

Nice space and convenient to Stockholm.

Grant's house is nice and convenient to the SL commuter station and good value for money. However, the property would benefit from a more comprehensive change over checklist to address maintenance/set-up issues.

Nice place, but needs some TLC

The old saying really applies for this place, "You get what you pay for." The good things about this place: --The host was responsive and took care of any requests/issues we had --The location was pretty nice. The metro station is close and there's a small grocery store next to it. Getting into town takes a good 20 minutes and you have to pay extra to get to/from the airport, which are just things to consider when it comes to how you like to travel --The neighborhood is quiet, nice, and feels quite safe On the less positive side, the house *really* needs some TLC. The floors are horribly scuffed up, the bathroom door hangs a little off so it doesn't open well (contributing to the floor scuffing), the plaster on the exterior walls is crumbling off and litters the deck, there was a screw sticking way up in the deck floor, we found a bent pin in the carpet, there's rubbish in the cabinets & drawers (like extra housing material, nothing smelly or gross, just not cleaned out), the bathroom light was dim and flickered, the bathroom really needed a fan, and there was a fallen tree in the backyard that had been there for a while, to name a few things. These are things we couldn't (or wouldn't) necessarily contact the host about to fix because we'd just be constantly messaging back and forth and they really should have been taken care of as general house maintenance anyway. This would have been a much more comfortable stay if the house had been better maintained and felt cleaner.

Die Wohnung liegt in fußläufiger Nähe zu einem Vorortbahnhof und einem kleinen Supermarkt in einem ruhigen Viertel. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, kleine Probleme wurden sofort behoben. Perfekt für bis zu 5 Personen, die im ersten Obergeschoss genug Raum finden. Die zwei zusätzlichen Betten im Dachgeschoss sind wegen nicht zu öffnender Fenster und einer sehr lauten Klimaanlage eigentlich nicht nutzbar. Zweckmäßige, helle und freundliche Einrichtung, ordentlich ausgestattete Küche und eine kleine Terrasse mit Grill.

Om met het positieve te beginnen, de locatie is top! Supermarkt en treinstation op loopafstand en met de trein ben je met 20 minuten op Stockholm centraal.Negatief: er is veel achterstallig onderhoud, dingen zijn provisorisch gemaakt. Tijdens ons verblijf viel de lamellen naar beneden, niet gek omdat die omhoog werd gehouden door een zwabber.Schoonmaak is ondermaats, vieze koelkast, keukenkastjes vol vlekken en wat je ook doet om de boel te luchten het blijft er naar kattenbak stinken. Na contact te hebben gehad met Grant over de lekkende airco vonden wij het wel genoeg omdat we gewoon geen zin hadden om hier onze tijd nog aan te besteden.

Übernachtungen in der Nähe von Stockholm

Hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, eigentlich schönes Haus. Aber obwohl es recht neu zu sein scheint, ist es schon ein bisschen bis mittelmäßig runtergekommen, Ausstattung wirkt billig. Es hat einige kleinere Mängel, die aber für uns nicht so relevant waren außer: Geschirr und Schränke waren teilweise schon sehr dreckig. Insgesamt war es für uns aber ok.

Nicht wie auf den Bildern- müsste einiges getan werden

Leider war das Haus nicht wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Die Beleuchtung war unzureichend, da sehr viel defekt war und nicht funktioniert hat. Die Kleiderschränke nicht nutzbar, denn Sie wurden als Abstellkammer für alte Möbel, Kartons usw. benutzt. Keine Einlegeböden oder sonstiges. Das Bad war unpraktisch keine Abstellmöglichkeit für die täglichen Pflegeartikel. Nach 2 Tagen roch das Bad nur noch modrig. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Handtücher konnte man als solche nicht mehr erkennen. Viel zu alt. Der Geschirrspüler wurde irgendwann ausgetauscht und nicht fachgerecht eingebaut. Beim Beladen kippte er immer nach vorne. Die Dunstabzugshaube war teilweise defekt (Licht, Abzug) Die Töpfe und Pfannen waren zum größten Teil verbrannt. Der Wasserkocher sowie die Kaffeemaschine haben ihre beste Zeit schon lange hinter sich. Die Kühl-Gefrierkombi war teilweise kaputt und unsauber Geschirr und Besteck leider viel zu wenig. Von den 4 Sofas waren 2 kaputt (Sitzfläche durchgebrochen) Ein Heizlüfter für das ganze Haus ( unzureichende Beheizung) Die Rückwände der Betten haben gefehlt bzw. waren defekt. Die Kopfkissen, Bettdecken und Bettwäsche müssten erneuert werden. Der Haupteingang war nicht nutzbar. Können wir leider nicht empfehlen

Hello Dieter. Thank you for your response, I see you made a detailed list of complaints. If you find things that arent to your satisfaction during your stay, you should contact management immediately. There is a phone number at the place you stayed for immediate complaint service, unfortunately I did not hear of these problems from you while you were here but I will now fix these things, looks like 30minutes work. I try to provide a quality townhouse at a good price, there can be small problems but I try to fix things as soon as they come up. I hope you enjoy your next visit to stockholm.

Perfect location

The house is in a lovely residential area close to a grocery shop and a couple of restaurants and takeaways, all within a 5/10 min walk as is the train station. It is in a perfect location for travelling into Stockholm, the mall of Scandinavia and Uppsala

Nice stay just outside Stockholm
