Studio / Le Petite Papillon Highlights:

Offering private driveway parking, “to the left of tree with swing”. Private Carmel stone patio. Private entrance. Over 442 square of interior privacy and enjoyment, including, Queen size comfort ~ 400 thread count “ironed pressed linens” and "down comforter".

For those who prefer more warmth, Guests may enjoy a heating blanket (located in the closet). In addition, there is a Dyson electric space heater located in the living room (Please do not leave on more than 60 minutes at a time, to avoid over heating or hazard). Located in the walk-in closet, a small portable heater, for your use. As a note, the main heating is forced air heating, controlled by Hosts, normally set at 67 degrees,

For cooling and or air circulation, a Vortex portable fan is located in the walk-in closet.

Downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea. Located just 4/10ths of a mile from the studio - Le Petite Papillon. If Carmel River Beach is appealing, just 9/10ths of a mile from the studio. Take Ocean Avenue to either.

PLEASE NOTE: There are no sidewalks, nor street lights in Carmel, while many guests enjoy evening walks to take in the wonder of Carmel, including art and jewelry shops, fine dining, many Guests, choose to take Lyft or Uber.

With hopes that you would enjoy the studio and surroundings, the studio offers approximately 442 square feet of comfort and relaxation, tranquility. The living room features a comfortable couch for 2 (no hideaway bed), reading chair with wrap blanket. For your entertainment, discretely hidden in the armoire, new LG 43" Smart TV, Comcast / XFINITY stations, with your own account, access to Netflix, YouTube and entertainment venues. Other interior features include: bistro table with two (2) dining chairs, walk-in closet with dresser, kitchenette with microwave, remodeled bathroom (with shower over tub), a spacious walk-in closet with separate dresser, plenty of space for hanging cloths, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

- TERMS / Rules Include: Two (2) Guest Maximum. As Hosts, We Strive To Be Be Allergen Free. With Some Guest and Family Members Having Severe Allergies, There Is A NO Smoking, NO Animal Policy For The Studio and on The Property Grounds - NO Parties. NO Events, In The Studio, Nor On The Grounds. No Sub-Letting of Studio.l.

Upon your arrival, follow the walkway, two steps up to the private Carmel stone patio, to your left, open the privacy gate ... the studio entrance door is to your right, two steps up ... Welcoming you to enjoy Le Petite Papillon and the surrounding area.
- IMPORTANT: Gate has handmade hardware. NOTE: Gate needs to be manually closed. Please do not slam gate. Thank you.

Le Petite Papillon (The Little Butterfly) … Indulge in comfort, enjoy enchanting garden views, evening accent lighting ... a private space to simply relax and enjoy.

Located on the “upper West side of Carmel, off Ocean Avenue, on Hatton Road”, approximately 4/10ths of a mile to downtown, “The Village” of Carmel-by-the-Sea, 9/10ths of a mile to Carmel River beach.

Enjoy accent lighting both in the interior of the studio, the private patio, the gardens as well. Private driveway parking is available, “to the left of the tree with swing”, where you may use the asphalt and or pavered driveway.

Inside the studio, we invite you to you enjoy: Al Fresco dining (bistro table with two comfortable chairs), sofa for two, 43” LG Flat Screen Smart TV, (discretely hidden in the armoire). Dyson electric space heater in studio.
- CAUTION: DO NOT Leave Dyson Space Heater On For Extended Periods of Time (Maximum 60 Minutes), This Could Lead To A FIRE HAZARD. Do NOT Leave On When Away From Studio - FIRE HAZARD.

XFINITY / Comcast Stations.

Other amenities includes: large walk-In closet, with dresser, robes and other extras, for your use.
-Wi-Fi (XFINITY) available for your convenience, with eero booster.

Additional amenities include: stainless steel microwave, small refrigerator with small freezer and ice tray compartment. Refrigerator located behind the cabinetry door. The kitchenette “does not” offer an oven nor stove top, accents do include: French press or drip coffee maker, stainless steel microwave, electric kettle for boiling water, plate-ware, utensils, wine glasses, corkscrew, bottle opener, mugs and other amenities for your use.
* Please Note: NO cook-top, NO stove, NO oven in the studio.

Indulge yourself with Queen bed “pillow top" comfort, 400 count "iron pressed linens and pillow covers", down comforter and more. May you relax and indulge!

The newly remodeled bathroom offers White tile brick accents, including: shower over tub, EO Shampoo, EO Conditioner, EO Shower Gel, EO Hand Soap, hair dryer, makeup mirror, as well as many other extra amenities, for your use and enjoyment.
