The Space:

The home’s multi-level decking offers plenty of opportunity for lounging in the fresh air, whether enjoying your morning coffee on comfortable outdoor seating or dining on a delicious meal al fresco, the lake providing the ideal tranquil backdrop. The sizeable over-water dock located in a cove off the 35 MM will be your gateway to all water-themed adventures, launching your preferred vessel for a self-conducted tour of the lake or hosting a cannonball contest into the refreshing waters. You’ll also be in a convenient location placing you just minutes by land or by water from dining options such as Branding Iron, Captain Ron's, and The Tavern at Trails End, as well as all the attractions, dining, and shopping in Sunrise Beach and surrounding towns.



Inside the home, vaulted ceilings on the main level highlight the open floorplan, conducive for both connection and relaxation as you connect with loved ones during your well-earned downtime. Sink into plush sofa and recliner seating in the living room as you stream all your favorite shows on the mounted smart TV, the fireplace providing an ideal ambiance for a cozy movie night. Steps away, the stylish kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, glossy stone counters, and rich dark cabinetry stocked with all the comforts of home. When you’re not dining outdoors, snag a high-top stool at the counter for quick and casual bites or take a seat at the dining table, seating 4 for formal meals and game nights alike.



Speaking of games, it’s all fun and excitement on the lower level, a secondary living space sure to liven up the party as the mixologist among you shakes and stirs up new creations at the wet bar and you stream the big game on the TV. Enjoy a game at the pool table or try your hand at shuffleboard, both offering hours of friendly competition.



This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the lower-level living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, jetted bathtub, and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen-over-queen bunk bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



The home also includes two half bathrooms.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway and street parking available for 4 vehicles.

• Please note, while the property does offer a private dock for guest use, the owner's boat will occupy one of the two boat slip for the duration of all guest stays. Guests can still utilize the second 10X20 boat slip.

• While the parking area may accommodate a small trailer, We do not recommend attempting to park a trailer at the house. The final stretch of the road is a narrow gravel drive, making it difficult to maneuver a trailer in and out.

• If you need trailer parking, we suggest arranging a spot at Frankie & Louie’s Restaurant, where paid trailer parking is available based on availability. Another option is to reach out to Premier Advantage Marine.

• This property is equipped with five (5) external security cameras to ensure safety and monitor specific areas around the home. There is a Ring doorbell camera located at the front door, actively monitoring the entrance and parking area. Another camera is mounted under the roof eave, monitoring the driveway and parking area. A third camera, mounted under the roof eave of the deck off the primary bedroom, monitors the dock. On the lower deck, there is a camera mounted on a post to monitor the septic tank alarm, and a second camera on the same post faces the opposite direction to monitor the side of the house, including access to the lower level from the driveway.
