The Hangout is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on a large, peaceful wooded lot, just a minute away from the shores of Lake Texoma! The water is a slow sloping grade on the Oklahoma side of the lake. If you bring a pontoon boat, it can be beached close by. The community boat launch is just to the east. Bring your golf cart and drive down to the water or over to the boat ramp in this golf cart friendly community. Buncombe creek marina is about 10 minutes away if you need a day slip. Our property was designed for enjoying your lake stay.
