•⁠ One dedicated parking stall is included with the unit. Visitor and overflow parking are controlled by the resort and are limited for extra vehicles, so it is best to plan to share vehicles where possible.

🛏 Bedrooms & Layout
You’ll stay in a two-level lakehouse-style townhouse in Barona Beach Resort. Upstairs, you'll find a king bedroom with its own private balcony, plus a second bedroom with a queen bed that works well for kids, teens, or extra adults. The home also features a cozy den with a bunk bed, providing additional sleeping space that's perfect for children or extra guests. All sleeping areas are bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared with fresh linens and plenty of pillows.

On the main level there is a den or media space and a pullout sofa so extra guests can have their own place to sleep without feeling like they are in the middle of the kitchen. The layout lets families and groups spread out while still feeling connected.

🛋 Living & Lounge
The main floor living room opens toward the pool with large windows and glass doors so you always feel close to the water and the resort energy. You can relax on the sofa, put on a movie, or enjoy a quiet coffee while you watch the sun come up over the pool and courtyard.

Upstairs the second living area gives you a bonus lounge for kids movies, late night chats or a calm place to catch up on email. Central air conditioning keeps everything cool on hot Okanagan days so you can come back from the beach or wineries and feel refreshed.

The kitchen is set up for real cooking with stainless appliances, gas range, large fridge, microwave, dishwasher and a generous island that doubles as a gathering space. You have cookware, dishes, glassware and basic tools so you can handle breakfast for the family or a simple dinner after a day of tasting.

A full dining table beside the kitchen makes it easy to share meals together without feeling cramped. The dining room also features a sectional couch with seating for 8. Please note that the sectional does not have a sofa bed. You can also take plates out to the patio so you can keep an eye on the kids in the pool area while you eat.

You have two and a half bathrooms so no one has to wait in line. The main level powder room is handy for quick pool breaks or while you are in the kitchen. Upstairs there are two full bathrooms, including an ensuite in the king bedroom that feels like a private retreat.

Fresh towels, starter toiletries and plenty of hot water make it simple to rinse off after the pool, the hot tub or a day exploring wineries and trails.

🧺 Laundry & Essentials
In suite laundry means you can pack lighter and keep up with pool towels, kids clothes and longer stays. Detergent and basic cleaning supplies are provided so you can do a quick reset whenever you need it.

You also have WiFi, smart or streaming capable TVs, heating, air conditioning and simple instructions so everything is easy to use from day one.

•⁠ The pool and hot tub are seasonal and generally close in the fall and reopen in late spring in line with resort operations. Exact dates are set by the resort and can change year to year.
•⁠ This is a smoke free and pet free home and resort area. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside, on the patio or near entrances. Resort quiet hours and pool rules apply and are enforced by on site staff.
•⁠ Lost or unreturned keys, fobs or parking passes will result in a replacement fee so please double check before you leave.
• 4% booking fee applies to all reservations
• For all non-Airbnb reservations, guests are required to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver through our guest app, processed by our trusted protection partner, Truvi. The fee is US$7 per night, with a minimum charge of US$40 for shorter stays
