About the Stone House

Enclosed, recently (2018) completely renovated holiday villa directly on the sea with a private concrete beach and jetty and traditional stone barbecue on the sun terrace

This exclusive holiday villa is literally just steps from the blue Adriatic Sea in the picturesque village of Kanica along the sunny south coast of Dalmatia.

The two-storey holiday villa from 1989 was only recently extensively renovated in 2018 and modernly equipped for a comfortable stay. On a living space of 100 m² you have a bright living and dining area with an integrated, open kitchen, three bedrooms and two daylight bathrooms with walk in shower. Downstairs is the living area with a comfortable sofa, a smart TV with satellite channels,music center with inside and outside speakers and a wooden dining table with six chairs. And an open fireplace provides cozy warmth on cooler evenings. A wide circular passage made of rustic natural stone leads to the stylish blue / gray high-gloss fitted kitchen, which only has the latest appliances: dishwasher, four -zone gas and cooker, oven, extra large fridge with freezer compartment, water dispenser, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. In the spacious daylight bathroom on the ground floor you will find a shower cabin, a vanity with wall mirror and a toilet. A wide wooden spiral staircase leads to the upper floor with the bedroom and the second bathroom. The three bedrooms are equipped twice with a 180 cm x 200 cm double bed and one bed with 160cm x 200cm bed. The daylight bathroom here on the upper floor is the same as that on the ground floor. A washing machine is available in the house, sufficient bed linen and towels are provided and reliable WiFi internet access is also offered free of charge in your holiday villa.

All three bedrooms benefit from a private balcony from which you can enjoy the sweeping panoramic view of the sea. And down from the living area there are only a few steps over the sun terrace to your private concrete stand, from which you can drop straight into the crystal clear sea. Here you will find sun beds and umbrellas. And right next to the sun terrace in front of the house, a traditional stone grill invites you to long meals under the starry sky. If you are arriving by car, the secure parking space is available directly in front of your holiday villa on the fenced area.

The concrete beach can also serve jetty. You can rent a motorboat and from the landlord. If you are interested in this offer, please make a note in your booking.

Your holiday villa is located about 2 km from the center of Kanica, where you will find shops, colorful markets and a good selection of cafes and restaurants.
