Walk to the end of the street and enjoy the Intracoastal Waterway, a park with benches to enjoy the boats or to fish. Walk or take a short car ride to some of the best restaurants and shops in the area! Publix, Walmart Neighborhood Market and much more are just across A1A, less than a mile away.

Outside: pool, furniture (seats 20); umbrellas and shade, lots of sun, screened-in porch, with outside TV and fans. Propane and/or charcoal & a dining table for 8 with an umbrella.

Inside: open floor plan, eats/entertains 12, fully stocked kitchen, high-speed wifi.

This was the best rental we’ve stayed at by far. The house was super clean and in a great location. Close to grocery stores and the beach. The pool was amazing, the adults and kids loved it. We had such a great family trip and highly recommend this rental. We would absolutely stay here again! 10/10!

Great house! Had all the amenities, kids loved the bunk room and pool. Grandparents enjoyed the screened in porch w/ fans and TV. Check in / check out was easy. For us, the location was ideal near family but it is also a quick trip to inter-coastal and beach. We had no issues during stay and didn’t need to contact mgmt.

Cozy and convenient

We returned for the second time to stay at this home. Great location. Lots of space for our family of 5 and are hoping to include four more family members next year. There is enough space (3 children and6 adults.) The beds are very comfy. We especially love the bedroom with the 2bunkbeds- my granddaughter calls it her apartment ! We love the heated pool.

Florida Family Vacay

Carolyn was a life saver! After having a terrible experience at a different property, she came to the rescue with her beautiful home. Everything was perfect! Kathy the property manager was super accommodating and so nice. We really enjoyed her company. The home felt very cozy and comfortable. The kids loved the bunk bed room and the pool. We were sad to leave. I would definitely recommend this property to everyone. Looking forward to another visit in the future! Thank you!

Family spring break

The only downside was that we had to leave. The house is decorated as if we were at our own home. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfasts and lunches. The screened in patio was the highlight of our stay! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family stay

3 generations of family were all comfortable and happy staying at this property. The house is well stocked, clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and so much fun for my kids. We would all definitely stay here again.

Wonderful!

We spent ten days with our two daughters and one five year old granddaughter at this property and enjoyed it immensely! It’s a great location- we took many walks in the neighborhood and it is very close to shopping and also close to the ocean/beach. We actually visited four different beaches- Delray, Pompano (twice), FortLauderdale By the Sea, and Hollywood. There are lots of restaurants in the area to enjoy. We cooked half of the time in the well appointed kitchen. The house is clean and nicely decorated with lots of space and seating area. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and private. We all loved spending time at the poolside- swimming, lounging, and playing cards. There is lots of space and seating options there as well. We are early risers, so we enjoyed our coffee out in the screened-in lanai during the dawn hours… very peaceful. Definitely recommend it:)

Amazing House

This house was perfect for 2 families. Our kids swam every day in the pool! The beds were comfy, full kitchen with everything we needed and great outdoor area! Will be back!

Vacation from January blues

We had a ball. It was overall a great spot. It would however benefit from a slight freshening up. Such as the umbrellas around the pool are in varies states of decline. The furniture in the screened in porch are in desperate need of replacement. But in spite of that we had a great time and enjoyed ourselves very much. Cathy the property manager was fantastic and was extremely pleasant.

Bachelorette weekend

Everything was perfect! There was enough space to accommodate us wherever we were in the house, whether it be around the kitchen table, on the back patio, or poolside. The house was beautiful, the pool was warm, and everything was very clean. I highly recommend this place, and everyone in the group kept saying how they would love to come back and stay here again. The owner was also great at communications and very accommodating.

Great Family Vacation

The house is exactly how pictured! Our family of 9 shared all the spaces with ease. By far our favorite was the outdoor space. We have created many new memories at this beautiful home.

Amazing stay!

Everything was wonderful and the pool was perfect. Communication was very easy and the home had everything we needed. Loved being able to walk down to the waterway! Thank you for letting us stay! Definitely recommend!

Excellent Location and Beautiful Home

My family of 9 people and our small dog enjoyed staying at this property during the holiday. The owner was very responsive and helped make our stay very enjoyable. The home is beautiful with plenty of space to spread out and bedrooms with comfortable beds. The pool was heated and the screened in patio and outdoor seating begged you to step outside and enjoy the private backyard. It was a quick drive to Pompano Beach or other nearby beaches. We enjoyed this space and would love to stay again the next time we find ourselves in Southern Florida.

Wonderful outdoor oasis

We absolutely loved the space! We were hoping for a relaxing weekend by the pool and this is the place to do it - the backyard is huge, has a ton of seating and space to move around, and the pool was big enough to fit all of us comfortably. The indoor space was great too - a huge dining room table, spacious kitchen, and plenty of seating around the tv inside made for a very nice stay. Highly recommend!
