Façade renovation work will take place in the building from November 15th to may 30th.
Noise disturbances are to be expected during this period.

💳 Security Deposit
A €550 security deposit will be requested for your stay. This is processed via a secure online service called Swikly, through a payment link. It is mandatory and must be completed before your arrival.
The amount is neither blocked nor charged, and does not affect your credit card limit.
A service fee of approximately €7 will be applied. Within 7 days of your departure, provided the property has been returned in perfect condition and the rental terms have been respected, the deposit is automatically canceled.

Late check-ins available upon request:
- Between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.: €35
