NEW ON THE MARKET IN TIME FOR SUMMER
WINTER RENTAL MONTHLY Welcome to our modern colonial with all the comfort being away from home. Enjoy 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms with only 7 minute walk to Bradley Beach. Perfectly centered to walk to all the restaurants/ bars on Main Street or walk to Ocean Grove and about 3/4 mike to Asbury. Nestled between all the beautiful beaches and less than 2 mile to Belmar. The home offers a covered front porch with a sitting and dining area for casual meals or people watch and relax while enjoying the cool breeze from the beach. Flow through the home to a Backyard oasis with outdoor grill and granite bar with a heated in-ground gunite spa to enjoy. Relaxing backyard after a long day at the beach Open floor plan with modern kitchen with a selection of non perishable goods. Enjoy the cabinets and dishwater to host your guests. Wine/ coffee/ tea bar to enjoy a drink or just enjoy a book. First floor with full bath and also has a den/ single bedroom can also use as a study. Mini split air conditioner throughout. Bamboo floor throughout makes the home bright and airy. The living area also has an electric fireplace and open dining. Upstairs has 3 more bedrooms. The bedrooms are cozy and inviting. A king bed, another with a queen bunk and the last bedroom with a double bedroom. There is also a stack washer and dryer. The bathroom is inviting with a bathtub and marble throughout. The ceilings are vaulted and gives the home an airy feel. Beach chairs and umbrella are provided for the beach days.
A SECURITY CAMERA IS ACTIVATED IN FRONT AND SIDE ENTRANCE.
THERE WILL BE A PENALTY FOR VIOLATING HOUSE RULES.
STREET PARKING ONLY
Included are 6 beach passes ( 4 adults and 2 kids).

We do not allow ANY parties or loud music outside. Bradley Beach is a quiet family oriented neighborhood and we are very respectful of our neighbors. We do require the names and ages of all guests and booking only for 25 and above. Bradley Beach township requires this information. Family can have younger adults and kids.
Automated check in and out with easy communication with the host available 24 hours if need. We are dedicated to providing you with the best vacation and available to help with any needs to make you trip enjoyable.

The house was better than the pictures. The downstairs was very spacious for me and my seven friends. We especially loved the backyard. Katy was very responsive when we couldn't get the pool to heat up. She called me back right away, and the problem was resolved. The house is a short walk to the local beach. I have never been to Bradley Beach, and it certainly won't be the last time.

This house was everything we could ask for and more. The close location to the beach, restaurants, and stores made our stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The house itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The kids loved the nearby beach, and we appreciated being able to walk to various dining options and shops. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our family vacation. Highly recommend!

Pleasant Stay in Bradley Beach

Our family just stayed here for a family reunion. This listing is beautifully appointed with every detail well thought of. The kitchen is well stocked with every dish, glass and cutlery you could need, as well as all utensils and spices for cooking any meal. We used the grill one night, and used the oven. There is even an adorable drink bar, complete with a drink fridge, water kettle, and coffee maker. Host went out of the way to supply what we needed - assorted coffees, teas, and hot chocolates! All of the beds were very comfortable, and extra linens and towels were provided. The bathrooms had anything you may have forgotten, including extra toothbrushes. There was plenty of space for our party of 7 to spread out, plus a few extra that came over to visit for a while. Only a few short blocks to a beautiful beach makes this place the perfect spot for a nice vacation!

Fabulous Home!

The house is not only comfortable but also decorated beautifully. It was a pleasure walking in every day. Every amenity possible, attention to detail, great coffee bar area and we enjoyed readibg on the back patio.Coffee in the morning on the front porch, enjoyed the quiet neughborhood. Easy communication with the Property manager. Highly recommend a stay here. You won't be disappointed!

Great Getaway

Great property with nice amenities for my family of 5! Quick walk to the beach/playground and really close to everything Bradley Beach has to offer. Hosts were quick to respond when we had an operator error with the sink to walk me through the problem. Would definitely stay here again.

Home was exceptional. The owner was very responsive and took care of every detail (wine fridge, coffee bar, beach toys, umbrella etc). The little ones really enjoyed the spa after a day at the beach. The home is well equipped for a perfect beach vacation.

Excellent Location - Lovely Home and Property

This was a perfect weekend getaway spot. The home was absolutely charming, beds were very comfortable, and the owner really paid attention to the details (coffee bar, wine fridge, shampoo, conditioner, even little candies in a bowl by the check in book). It has two great outdoor options for eating meals and lounging; either the cozy front porch or the backyard complete with built in grill, outdoor dining bar, lounge chairs and hot tub. It's less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, a playground by the beach, as well as a short jaunt to main street Bradley Beach. Highly recommend the grilled crumb cake from The Buttered Biscuit as one of your morning treats. :) We would gladly stay here again!

Met all expectations & then some. Extremely well equipped & maintained with many amenities just as described. It was a easy Interacting with the owner who was very responsive. The beach is walkable & house can be reached by train .
