Single Level Beachside Home, Great for Families & Dog Friendly - Walk to Beach

Casa De La Playa - for when you need some sun & sand in your life! This cozy, dog friendly, beachside rental has everything you need for a week (or long weekend!) away. You’ll love the large, partially covered deck, comfortable furnishings, and easy access to 32 miles of Galveston beaches!

Start your days in the open living area, with comfy seating and cool tile floors. Lounge on the plush couch and armchair in front of the TV. Watch your favorite shows with your morning coffee while the family chef works their magic in the kitchen. Fully equipped with all the tools you need to cook, there’s plenty of space to store beach snacks and groceries. Serve your meals at the dining table, or bring your plate out to the table on the deck.

Everything is on one convenient level, including the nicely-appointed bedrooms. The primary queen bedroom features an en suite bathroom, plus good closet space to make yourself at home. Down the hall, there’s a bunk room perfect for kids or teens and a third bedroom with a queen & twin bed. A full washer and dryer set is neatly tucked away for a mid-trip laundry refresh!

There’s plenty of deck furniture, including a picnic table on the ground level patio. A charcoal grill is nearby. Enjoy your breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a side of Gulf views. The beach is only a few houses away, so it’s easy to spend your days in the sun, sand, and surf!

We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

Rick’s Beach Rentals is another West End favorite for renting golf carts, kayaks, beach chairs & umbrellas, beach wheelchairs and more. They’ll drop off & pick up right at your beach house, so all you have to do is enjoy!

ATTRACTIONS & ACTIVITIES
On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.

Tired house but Great Location
Great location just steps from the beach. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star was because there were issues with cleanliness. A pubic hair found upon checking in in bathtub, a bloody used bandaid under bed and something dripped periodically the entire time we were there from the ceiling beam in living area to the floor making a brown spot the size of a half dollar. Comfortable beds, all appliances work great and the AC was nice and cold. The stairs are in bad shape and need to be repaired. I will not spend that kind of money next year on this place.

Pleasant Week in Galveston
The house was small, but even with 6 of us (plus 2 dogs) we were quite comfortable. The location is great, the neighbors were wonderful and although the surf was rough all week, we all enjoyed our time at the beach.
