This review has been flagged and a claim has been started with Vrbo. Prior to booking my home Nicholas insisted to book my home directly without going through Vrbo, i’m so glad that did not work out and he booked my home on the app. Upon the arrival he brought a pet cat to the home when I strictly have a no cat pet policy. And was demanded to remove the cat right away and was charge a cleaning pet fee. There’s exterior camera doorbell on the home each time the guest went inside the home they blocked the camera which made it look like they were up to no good in the beginning I had device them that cameras need to be visible all times. Also called me at 3 AM about AC now going past 59° , I was suspicious they were doing something inside my home., AC Tech came out to look at the AC units in upon arrival addressed all the windows inside the house were opened. So sounded like it’s not the house problems it’s the guess who has so many issues that should’ve been evicted from day one. They were driving on my property grass and broke my sprinkler system that needed to be repaired. I’ve asked the guest to leave and he promise they will obey all the rules. Please do not rent your home to this guest. VRVO is investigating this guest.
