Welcome to our vacation rental site, first of all we want to thank you for considering our property and taking the time to view the photos and reading about the property. This home was built in 2000 and we purchased it back in 2009 and since then we have made it our own over the past 15 years. In June of 2024 we just completed a major renovation of the backyard which included a new swimming pool with a mini-pebble finish, a 50 foot wide patio cover with recessed lights and ceiling fans complimented with nicely appointed patio furniture and a high quality outdoor ping pong table. Our home offers a very large and level driveway in addition to a very deep RV/Boat parking area with RV hookups. which makes it easy for travelers with large rigs to park. The most common thread that travelers rave about is the the location and convenience to popular Lake Havasu destinations like the London Bridge, Main Street bars and restaurants, Windsor State Beach and much more. Our home is situated in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, during the cooler months we like to sleep with the windows open and we are rarely disturbed with loud noises of any kind.

Our goal is for you to enjoy our property so much that it will be your first choice to stay at when you return to Lake Havasu City, we are constantly making upgrades and improvements based on our visits and past client remarks to make sure that we leave no stone unturned when it comes to your comfort and making you feel at home.

Our property shows 'Pride of Ownership' and the condition is extremely good. Interior amenities include Hi-Speed WIFI Internet, Cable TV in Living room and Master Bedroom, exterior security cameras, forced air heating and cooling, high ceilings with recessed lights in the Kitchen. All bedrooms have blackout curtains, lots of closet space and ceiling fans. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need including microwave oven, dishwasher, both traditional coffee maker and Kurig, electric range and oven. All utensils and cooking ware are provided. Both bathrooms feature skylights with dual sinks in the master bath that also has a walk-in shower with built-in seating, bathroom #2 is a full bath with shower in tub. This home definitely is a 'Home Away From Home' and we welcome you and your friends & family to enjoy the Lake Havasu experience without sacrificing the comforts of home, we look forward to hearing from you soon!
