A boater's paradise, this condo sports a boat ramp with a large dock and trailer parking. Opt for surf and sand one day, and then boating the next!

The sunlit interior of this welcoming retreat features bright pops of regional decor, stylish furnishings, wood floors, and all of the comforts of home. Listen to the waves from the spacious balcony, which features ample seating and partial ocean views. Kick back in the living area and watch a movie on the TV. Home chefs will appreciate the full suite of appliances, helpful cookware, and a four-person bartop. Gather for meals at the dining table. Three well-furnished bedrooms each have a TV. Added perks of this family-friendly condo include central AC, cable, and complimentary WiFi.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Loved the place.

Nice place - plenty of room - very close to the beach - the only downside is that the pool is in full sunlight until late in the evening.

Great condo!

This rental property was great! Super close to the beach and had everything we needed. Only complaint is that we didn’t get sent the code for the door to check in, so I had to call Vacasa’s hotline to help with that but luckily they were quick and friendly.

Enjoyed our stay!

Location was perfect. Dock and pool was fun. The kitchen is not stocked well. There's just a couple of pots and pans and one lasagna pan. Lacking in bigger bowls, cooking utensils, sharp knives, etc. Luckily we had brought some items with us. But really had a great vacation and fun time!

Amazing location but…..

Shower in hallway bath was broken leaving a family of 8 with only one shower. Sofa bed did not fold out so that put two kids on the floor for the entire trip luckily there was a nice mattress topper in the closet. Otherwise it was amazing. The location was phenomenal. Make sure you bring a hair dryer!!!!

Beach Paradise

This condo was perfect for our family. We were located directly across the road from the beach and could see beach between the buildings. The road was not congested and the walkway was directly across the street from our road front condo. Centrally located and a straight shot to Orange beach. The condo was well kempt and clean. Out back we had access to swimming pool, dock, fishing access and outdoor grilling. This was a treasure and we will be coming back.

Nice but some construction

Overall pretty good. Pool, location, and pier were great. A few broken things in unit but not an issue to us. Only 2 garbage bags and 2 dishwasher pods for a week though for 6 people. Construction we weren't informed about woke us up before 8am so that was our biggest issue.

Lagoon Run

When we arrived the floors were very dirty our feet were black after a few minutes of walking around in the house. The pull out sofa bed was broken and there weren’t any sheets for it. We had three rolls of toilet paper for a week between 6 adults. The vent in the bathroom had mold on it. The rug and furniture in the living room was covered in sand. When I reached out to the property manager I was told we would have someone reach out to fix the issues. We were on the beach when they called so I tried calling back and it went straight to voicemail. No one came out or tried to reach back out to us. We did like the location and if these issues were fixed it would have been a great stay.

Nice Gulf Shores condo

Overall we had a good experience. We were there for spring break. The apartment was clean. It had access to the marina bay and right across the street from the beach which was awesome. But the beds need improvement. They need to change those mattresses. We would sink in the middle after 10 minutes on them. The pullout couch mattress needs to be changed as well. They had some stains and the pullout couch was not very comfortable, it was pretty worn out. We also ran out of toilet paper pretty quickly, since we were 7 people staying there. The place in general was comfortable, easy to access to it. The parking passes and everything was laid out as it said on my Vacasa App. I wish they had more towels and some extra kitchen utensils such as a chef knife and cutting boards. (We had chicken one night and it was a pain to cut it with the serrated knife). But after all we had a great time! The location is great, and we are a bunch of college students so we were out a lot. But the beds might be good for kids, not adults.

Perfect place for fishing and beach days

We had a great stay here. My son played baseball last week there. It was perfect for him to fish on the pier and the beach was just across the street.

Great Getaway!

We loved this condo! The space accommodated us nicely. There were 8 of us total (2 families traveling together) and we were very comfortable. The location was a little far for the teenagers who would have liked to have been near the action, but the adults enjoyed the peace and quiet! The only complaint I have is that the beach was very small and not usable for most of our stay due to an extreme amount of seaweed (like more than I have ever seen and I at first thought it was red tide). That is no fault of the owner, but we had to drive to the public beach and pay to park each day. Overall, we had a great time in Gulf Shores!

Perfect in every way!!

From booking to checkout, this was the best vacation experience!! Property was very clean, smelled fantastic and everything was thought out. Every bed was very comfortable, plenty of seating and amenities galore. There is an elevator as well as stairs, so whatever you’re feeling. The pool was clean and very enjoyable. Beach is directly across the street. A favorite was the outdoor furniture and couch on the front porch that has a view of the gulf. The property owners made us feel so welcome without any contact. Lagoon Run 108 was THE BEST!!!

Great stay!

We loved this condo! Super close to the ocean (just across the road, and the walk over was so quick!) The beach houses and ocean were a beautiful view to look at on our front deck. We especially loved the sectional couch on the deck too! Love not having any big hotels nearby too, because it helps to keep the beach less crowded! We would love to come back one day!
