We had an amazing week at this place. We spent most of the time at the pool area, making all meals at the outdoor-kitchen. Loved that the place was so private and with a beautiful view. A short walk to the beach and a small grocery shop. The house was also well equipped. The things that disappointed us was the intense smell of smoke in the house, even tho it says «no smoking» in the description. It was lots of ashtrays around the place so its clearly not at «no smoking» house. We also got the impression that the house had been empty for a while as the floors where full of dust when we arrived. But we stayed outside for the most of the time and had a great time.

Traumvilla in sehr schöner Umgebung

Man kann es mit sehr wenig Worten beschreiben. Es ist eine rundum perfekte Villa mit äußerst liebevollen, freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Inhabern. Die Bilder die man hier sehen kann, versprechen nicht zu viel, sondern sie halten es. Meist genutzter Bereich ist natürlich die Aussenanlage mit Pool und der spitzen Grillhütte, wobei es schon fast eher ein weiteres Haus ist. Die einzelnen Wohnnung sind ebenfalls sehr schön eingerichtet und bieten jede Menge Platz. Und zur Krönung des Ganzen, bekamen wir ein Angebot, dass die Familie für uns gerne ein typisches kroatisches Essen zubereiten würde. Dies haben wir dankend angenommen und was soll ich sagen, es war sehr sehr lecker. Alles in allem eine perfekte Woche. Man kann diese Villa nur weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Frank

Kwatery bardzo czyste i schludne. Właściciel bardzo gościnny i przyjazny. Rejon Ciovo bardzo atrakcyjny widokowo i na wycieczki rowerowe i górskie. Polecamy rodzinom z dziećmi!

The house is great for two families travelling together, with one separated apartment, and 3 bedrooms in the main house. The house was clean and nice, the pool was great and the outdoor kitchen was perfect, we spent all our time outside. And the owner was fantastic! She helped us with everything we needed right away, and even came one day with several croatian dishes for us to try :) Okrug Donji is a very small place, but there is a grocery store, a restaurant and a small tourist shop only 1 minut from the house. It is max a 5 minutes walk to the beach, where there also is a boatline leaving for Trogir every hour in the afternoon/night. Perfect to go into the city for dinner a couple of evenings! I would definitely recommend this house to both families and friends travelling together (if you are looking for a quiet vacation:)!

The accommodation you''re looking for

We (group of 7 friends) stayed in this beautiful location for 9 nights and had a very good time. The house is very well equipped and there is nothing you would miss. (Except maybe the wifi which could be stronger at the pool site ;) ) The pool area was very new (the owner (josko) said he finished it last year) and was just perfect. We loved the outdoor kitchen very much and we cooked all our meals right there on the fire. Josko took very good care of us und was able to help us in every concern. We just had to ask and he could organize a boat for a daytrip for us. And he even cooked dinner for us on one evening :) Would recommend 5/5 !

Fantastic luxury villa

Fantastic villa with pool, pool house and seating area. Several bed rooms, a self contained flat. Everything you need for a wonderful holiday! 5 minute walk to beach and restaurant.

Fantastické ve všech směrech

Oceňujeme domácí prostředí, klidnou lokalitu, dostatek prostoru pro vyžití kolem i uvnitř objektu a pohostinnost majitele, včetně zajištění tradiční chorvatské večeře a zajištění dalšího sportovního vyžití. Naprosto excelentní venkovní vybavení, pergola, barbecue house a bazén. Dobrá dostupnost do obchodu, města i na pláž. Byly jsme maximálně spokojeni a Vilu Boulder vřele doporučujeme, jelikož uspokojila naše náročné představy.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir haben einen Urlaub mit 9 Personen im Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist ganz neu und in jeder Beziehung sehr gut ausgestattet. Mit 2-3 Familien wohnt man sehr komfortabel und kann trotzdem seine Privatsphäre haben. Sämtliche Wohnbereich und Badezimmer sind geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Sommerküche und der Pool sind wirklich toll, man verbringt die meiste Zeit im Außenbereich. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieter war hervorragend, uns wurde jedes Anliegen von den Augen abgelesen. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen und werden ganz sicher wieder buchen.

Perfekter Urlaub.

Das Haus ist perfekt; die Außenanlage besonders die Sommerküche sind ein Traum; der Vermieter war mehr als zuvorkommend; der Strand und ein Geschäft sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar; vom Strand fährt jede Stunde ein Schiff nach Trogir; unbedingt besichtigen; wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub.
