A Shore Thing is located in the Sandhill Townhomes just off 11th St. This beautifully renovated 3 story 2500 sq ft townhome boasts 2 large decks with gulf views. It is close to the beach and town. The property has a shared heated pool and a hot tub with picnic area with BBQ grills.

Living area: The living room is on the 2nd level of this townhome. Lots of seating indoors and out for relaxing after a long day at the beach. Big Screen TV with Satellite and WIFI. The ocean view deck is just off the living room with tables and chairs for viewing the beautiful sunrise and sunsets Port A has to offer. There is a also seating area on the 3rd level with deck access for the 3rd floor ocean view deck.

Bedrooms: Ground Level: There are 2 bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The 2nd bedroom has 1 twin bunk bed and 1 twin bed. 2nd Level: Master bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite bathroom. 3rd level: 2 Queen sized beds and ensuite bathroom. . All the bedrooms have closets and Smart Flat panel TV's. Loft Area has a twin day bed

Bathrooms: Ground Floor bathroom is located in the hallway and has a walk-in shower. 2nd Level has a - bath power room off of the kitchen. The master bedroom ensuite bathroom is very large with double vanity. It has a walk-in shower and a deep free-standing soaking tub. The 3rd level ensuite bathroom is large with a double vanity and custom walk in shower with bench.

Kitchen: The spacious kitchen is open to the living room and has lots of windows for extra light. This bright and open space is stocked with most basic items. There is a dining table to seat 6. And a breakfast bar as well. The laundry room is located on the ground level.

Outdoors: The 2 upstairs deck gets lots of shade and ocean views. There are some patio chairs and tables on both decks. Enjoy both sunrises and sunsets from these spacious decks. The Garage is deep and has a utility sink and the BBQ grill is stored in here too. Newly added fenced dog park.

Parking: The driveway can fit 2 vehicles. And the spacious garage can fit 1-2 vehicles. There is limited overflow parking on premise. Boats and trailers are allowed. Dedicated Golf Cart Parking

Location: A Shore Thing is located in the Sandhill Townhomes just off of 11th Street near Sandcastle Drive. Sandcastle Drive will be your closest beach access rd. Shells restaurant and the Port A Beach Lodge are a nearby. You can walk to the beach down Sandcastle Drive.


This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay, please plan accordingly.

Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Names and ages will be required for all reservations. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions..

Must be 25 to reserve/stay. NO 3rd party rentals. Primary guests must be present for full stay. Only named guests permitted on property. No Parties.
As a reminder if your reservation falls between the dates of March 6-23rd if any guests are under the age of 25.
The reservation will be subject to extra scrutiny, and we reserve the right to cancel due to the age group of guests.
We do not allow parties or large groups. We aim to remain family friendly.
