The COASTAL PARADISE BEACH HOUSE is a Beautiful and Charming 4 bedroom 3 bath home in Royal Sands Beachfront Neighborhood! Vaulted ceilings, big spacious living area and separate game room downstairs will insure for a great relaxing fun stay. All beds are pillow top high quality mattresses and the bunk beds are all memory foam which are amazing! Just steps from the Gulf and only a few feet from one of the adjacent neighborhood swimming pool areas. Royal Sands has two neighborhood swimming pools. Our home offers all of the comforts of home with all the accessories for a perfect beach vacation. The COASTAL PARADISE BEACH HOUSE has a well equipped kitchen, blender, drip coffee maker, Keurig and a air fryer. There is gas & charcoal Grills. Granite counter tops, stained concrete floors and much more. High-speed internet, Direct TV on several Smart TVs, a pin-ball Machine and much more. The bay can be viewed from the porch and 2nd floor bedrooms, and Ocean from the back porch and living room. We love dogs (NO CATS) and welcome them into our home however they need to obey a few rules. The house is non-smoking. The beach is about a five minute walk away across a beautiful boardwalk that takes you across the sand dunes. With the Gulf on one side and the Bay on the other, our guests soak up a real beach experience. Port Aransas is in the migratory path for many species of birds, affording a great opportunity for birding.

At the COASTAL PARADISE BEACH HOUSE all boats and watercraft must be parked fully in the driveway as well as automobiles. If needed, you may park boats, you can park near the pool or designated parking spots in the community.

Great house! The house is spacious and stocked with everything you need! There’s a pack n play and high chair for little ones, towels galore for beach and bath, and plenty of dishes for cooking, serving, and eating. Loved our stay here. The walk to the beach is only a few minutes and very easy to access with a golf cart too.

Perfection! Everything we needed and more. Fully with bath towels, beach towels and a skim board! Location is great - take the cart or walk over the boardwalk to the beach. So clean, well stocked, beautiful home. Highly recommend! Can’t find anything wrong!The stairs are steep, so you need have good mobility.

This place was absolutely wonderful!. Very pretty, very clean, roomy and the kitchen is very well stocked. We got together for Father's Day. Had 3 generations of dads and my 87 year old dad loved the place. The back door from the downstairs bedroom made it convenient for my adult son to come in and out with his dog. The other downstairs room with the bunkbeds and a TV was excellent for the grandkids. Looking forward to renting again in August for my husbands side of the family. The upstairs open concept and large patio are perfect for a family gathering. 3 full baths is another plus. Lol, I could go on and on about this place . Checking in and out was very easy as well. The owners gave clear and concise instructions. Thank you very much for the use of your home!

Family Beach Trip

We enjoyed our stay at Coastal Paradise Beach House. The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor deck was great for us to visit and evening dinners. Great location! Everyone loved the pools across the street. It's an easy walk to the beach. Pretty and quiet neighborhood. Thank you!

Great family house

Great family house. Good location. House is well used. Close to beach (but the beach permit is worth the small fee if you are taking lots of stuff to the beach), community pool is close and there is a Dollar General store for those few essentials you need. Our only disappointments was the pin ball machine was gone! We were planning a pinball tournament! And no beach stuff. This was our first time in PA. All the other summer house have always had some beach stuff.

Great house!

We felt right at home!

Such a beautiful home. The space was perfect for 2 families. The first floor is essentially a small apartment for a family with kids with shared space on the second floor alongside the master suite and additional guest room so perfect for an older couple upstairs. The finishes and special touches are really nice in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach and everything in town. Our 4 year old wanted to stay 100 days :-) We loved it!!

Nice, Clean beach rental.

Nice place, actually nicer than than the pics show. Well equipped house. Close to beach, close to town. A/C works great, which isn’t always the case with rentals. WiFi is good. All around good place to stay, would definitely go back.

Perfect in all respects

Property was amazing. Never used VRBO but will in the future. Hope to stay here again. Location in the neighborhood was perfect. House had everything that was needed. Beds were the best!!!!

Wonderful Family Home

This was a great stay for our family of 6 adults, 2 children and one small poodle. The home was very clean and well appointed. The room layouts were perfect such that part of the family with 2 children could have their own space on the first floor with the remainder of the family on the second floor. Beds were all very comfy, great internet and smart TV’s. Courtney was helpful with renting a crib to us and making suggestions on possible needs for our first time to Port A. We eventually rented a golf cart at Port A which was very useful going to and from the beach. The furniture on the decks could use a refresh as many of the light weight plastic chairs were cracked and easily moved and tumbled across the decks on the windy days. Otherwise this was a wonderful family home and neighborhood with on-site pool great for both adults and children.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We designed this home to be a vacation home for my family and friends. We enjoy fishing and time at the beach at the Texas coast. We wanted to make a weekend retreat that we can come down from central Texas and enjoy. We put high quality mattresses in everyone room and memory foam mattresses in the bunk room for our kids to enjoy. You will also enjoy some of the perks with this house including watching Smart tv's in your bedroom, sipping margaritas on the porch, playing pinball on rainy days, and much more. This place is our 2nd home and I designed it to be very comfortable.
