Enjoy paradise at this bright and sunny 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom BRAND NEW house with beautiful hardwood flooring, gorgeous kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, sleeps 8 guests. This Lake house boasts panoramic picturesque views of water and mountains.

Enjoy summer activities such as Boating, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, fishing, hiking and golfing. Winter activities include Ice-skating, Ice fishing, Pond hockey, snowmobiling and cross-country skiing. Lake Morey Skating Trail is the longest in the United States, estimated 4.3 miles. The loop skirts the shores of the lake and provides adventurer's panoramic views and opportunities to spot the occasional bald eagle. Watch the extraordinary sunsets from Eagle's Bluff and Echo Mountain after a short hike and listen to the loon's calling at dusk from wrap around decks.

This home offers all the modern amenities. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need to make meals your whole party will love. The home has shared driveway with the neighbor but still has parking for 4 cars.
Inside the home you'll find the living room on the main floor which provides 180-degree views of the lake and encompassing mountains. When you're not busy marveling at your gorgeous surroundings, relax and indulge in your favorite shows on the flat-screen streaming TV in the Basement.  4 Split Air Conditioning units will keep you cool on those hot summer days. Curl up on cooler nights with the direct propane gas heating stoves while taking in the star filled night sky.

There are two comfortable living areas with ample seating inside and outside on the decks overlooking the water for an ideal work from home experience. Main level living area has a sofa with two comfortable chairs, ottoman and two comfortable swivel chairs facing the Lake. Enjoy sitting next to beautiful arched stone fireplace on those chilly nights. Lower level living area has full bar with granite countertop, fridge and sink for guests to mingle, has solid wood Poker table with chairs to hang out with friends for poker game/tourney. It also has views of the lake and is the ideal spot to curl up and read a book or play a board game.

The dining area is equipped with a 4-person table as well as 3 stools under the kitchen counter. If dining al fresco is preferred, guests can barbecue on the gas grill located on the upper deck, which can be eaten at the outdoor table.

Make your way to the bedrooms. Whether you're staying in the master bedroom, or one of the other 3 bedrooms, the cozy ambiance and comfortable furniture will ensure a great night's sleep!

We have a kayak stored on the property (and used at your own risk), however do not have any type of motorboat or jet ski for liability reasons but guests can bring and use it at their own risk.
