This two-bedroom boasts a spacious, single-level floor plan with an open-concept layout and a bonus, bunk and game room with access to a ground-level patio.

With plenty of room to spread out, relax on the expansive deck with a morning coffee while the sound comes alive with the bustle of ferry and ship traffic. Later, fire up the private gas grill for a backyard barbecue with unforgettable views.

A sunny game nook and reading area features table seating for two and adjacent wet bar. Full kitchen features sleek, updated appliances and plenty of counter space, plus a dishwasher, for easy home cooking and cleanup. A wraparound breakfast counter offers barstool seating for four and the dining table seats six.

A hallway leading past the primary bedroom and laundry room, and through the second guest room, leads out to the bunk and game room. Also accessible via the sliding glass door from the patio, kids and adults alike will enjoy challenging each other to a shoot-out on the mini-hoop set or a few rounds of foosball. Unwind while streaming some of your favorite shows on the wall-mounted smart TV or choose from one of the available board games for some classic family fun.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
