The gorgeous primary bedroom has a private bath and two additional bedrooms, all with TVs, making Luna-Sea the ultimate beach getaway for couples and families who love quiet beach life without busy boardwalks and the bustle of large crowds. Stylishly decorated, the open kitchen with granite countertops and cozy wood-toned living area makes this the perfect place to relax, unwind and create lasting memories. Amenities abound at every corner, including free WiFi, outdoor grilling stations, easy beach access, and a variety of fun-filled activities, events, and adventures in and around the area that will make you want to return year after year. You'll go crazy for Luna-Sea, we promise! You'll be conveniently close to the pool, and your stay includes the use of all Sanctuary amenities: three pools, courtyard Viking gas grills, and two fitness gyms.

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
