Close to the beach, quiet area, and zero parking headaches. This is not an investor property! We live here during the school year, so our home is clean, cozy, and full of love.

We have 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms-

Fenced in yard with a large heated pool. Roku TV and grill are available.

Large movie theater sized living room with a brand new 82" Samsung TV
(1) bedroom with a pull-out two twin beds (not pictured) and a full bathroom attached. Laundry room, pantry, large closet, and a half bathroom. Kitchen is equipped with the basic essentials.

Pack and play, bed railing and booster chair are available.

Plenty of space for parking: Garage, driveway and street (in front of our house only)

Home is near railroad tracks and train occasionally passes the home.
Guest access
Access your professionally cleaned, sanitized home with our keyless locks that ensure 100% contactless check-in. All properties have on-site devices for your security – these may include security alarms and exterior motion sensors or cameras. While you will be the only guests during your stay, you may see our maintenance team at the property taking care of items such as landscaping and pool crew.

Guests have full access to our home, driveway, and garage except dedicated owner's closets in master's bedroom for storage.

4 backpack beach chairs, 2 regular beach chairs, 1 umbrella, beach wagon, and beach toys are available.

Double bike, 3 adult beach cruisers, helmets, and bike locks are available for our guests.

Kids friendly activities: Scooters, beach boogie boards, Infant pool float, two puddle jumpers, toddler kitchen, toddler tricycle, and more. (We have plenty of toddler entertainment, please ask.)

Please provide your ID, complete our e-sign your rental agreement, provide your guest names and their age at booking/prior arrival and their arrival date during your reservation.

Our home is approved by the town to host 8 Guests MAX (including adults and kids) please NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS OVER DURING YOUR STAY.

Pool rules:
ENTER THE POOL AND SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. BY ENTERING THE POOL AND POOL AREA, YOU TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR OWN PROTECTION AND ANY SURFACE THAT YOU TOUCH IN THE POOL AREA.

Please SUPERVISE your children when in or around the pool area! There is NO pool fence or lifeguard on duty! Young children must always be monitored by an adult.
Toddlers must wear swim diapers while in pool.
Please cover the outdoor TV if it rains and after every use.

Friendly Reminder
NO PARTIES. NO LOUD MUSIC. NO EVENTS. QUIET TIME BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 10PM-8AM. ANIMAL HOUSE ORDINANCE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED AND WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE TO OUR NEIGHBORS. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. ANYONE BREAKING THE HOUSE RULES WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE SAME DAY OF OFFENSE.

PLEASE LEAVE THE HOUSE THE EXACT SAME WAY AS WHEN YOU ARRIVED.

Non smoking home, no pets permitted. We strive to keep this a family and allergy friendly environment.

If the 82' TV needs to be pulled out and turned, this must be operated with 2 people. One on each side. SLOWLY AND GENTLY!

Please remove trash and clean out refrigerator upon check-out. Trash needs to be placed in a receptacle and moved curbside for trash or recycling pick up. Trash and recycling are located on the side of the house.

Please place dishes in dishwasher and start the wash prior to check-out.

No paints, markers or crayons unsupervised.

Again, please be mindful and respectful of the space and treat it as if it were your own. Absolutely no parties or loud music. This is our family home during the school year and a family oriented neighborhood
