This adorable getaway is within a short walk to the beach, lake, shopping, coffee, restaurants and ice-cream shop. Enjoy coffee or tea on the porch or relax in the hot tub in the backyard. Grill your favorite food while enjoying the outdoors.

This enchanting, cozy, little cottage is tucked away on a secluded street in a quiet wooded residential neighborhood. Among its human residents, you will hear an abundance of migratory song birds and may see many woodland creatures roaming through the properties such as: Deer, wild turkeys, squirrels, chipmunks, and raccoons.
This neighborhood is very walkable, or bring a bicycle (car/motor cycle/vehicle access of course) with quiet streets that lead to the beach. Rent a kayak, paddle board or canoe for an hour or the day, stop in and check out the local shops, or the Green Grocer and deli where you can stop in and get a cup of coffee or your favorite beverage. Visit the local ice cream shop and various dining options.
This cottage has a staired front and rear deck entry, spiral staircase and railed loft. This property is not child proof, so not ideal for families with small children under the age of 5.
