This condo sleeps six guests between two bedrooms and the full-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The first bedroom features a king bed as well as a convenient vanity with a sink. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. The bathroom is fitted with a sparkling walk-in shower.

Amenities at The 1865 include an outdoor dipping pool and poolside loungers, an outdoor kitchen with two gas grills, four large TVs, a firepit, and a top-floor observation deck with a skyline-view lounge. This community has gated and controlled access.

Nestled just a short stroll from Centennial Park and Marathon Village, your one-of-a-kind retreat delivers enviable proximity to the best of Music City. The St. Thomas Midtown Hospital and Centennial Medical Center are within walking distance, while the Vanderbilt Hospital is just a short drive away. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
