Our property features an open concept living room, three light-filled bedrooms overlooking the desert inspired landscaping of the pool area, and a private backyard for outdoor dining. The feel is truly zen, allowing you to indulge and relax. Enjoy all the modern amenities of home, while taking in several stylized nods to Palm Springs' colorful history. Our sleek, modern home is all yours to enjoy!
Newly constructed, our spacious and airy 3-bedroom Bauhaus-inspired townhouse is in the Racquet Club East neighborhood Palm Springs. Clean lines and modern finishes add to the sleek look of the space, while large windows throughout give you the opportunity to truly immerse yourself in the surrounding desert landscape. Interior finishes such as polished concrete, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and frameless contemporary cabinetry really bring this townhouse to the next level of contemporary design.
The home is furnished with desert-inspired modern furniture, along with eclectic touches that evoke the past and present vibrancy of our desert community. The bright & airy living room has plenty of room for you to relax in, with a large comfy sofa, accent chairs, dining table, and flat screen SmartTV. The living room opens to the spacious kitchen area, featuring bar stool seating and plenty of countertops for you to create that perfect meal. There's also a desk for those working from home.
Our three bedrooms, with two primary suites, offer plenty of room for you to relax and enjoy the serenity of our community. The beds are outfitted with soft, premium sheets, to give you that perfect night’s sleep. The first suite is located on the second floor, contains a plush King-size bed, large closet, sliding glass door with juliet balcony, views of the pool area, and an en-suite bathroom with spacious walk-in shower.
The second suite is also located on the second floor, has another comfy King-size bed, en-suite bathroom, ample closet space, and its own juliet balcony. The third bedroom/den is on the first floor, has a full-size sofa bed and features lovely views of the pool area. The half bathroom is located just outside the room, and is also accessible from the living room area.
The desert-inspired aesthetic of our entire community really steals the show at this property. Our courtyard is ultra modern and offers unobstructed views of the mountains in every direction. The 45-foot swimming pool and spa are true stunners, surrounded by lushly landscaped rows of palm trees that really give you that quintessential Palm Springs vibe.
Additional amenities that you’ll enjoy are complimentary covered parking with EV charger, hi-speed WiFi, SmartTV, washer/dryer in unit, fully-stocked kitchen, and complimentary toiletries.

You’re renting the entire townhouse and back yard. Make yourself at home, as everything is yours to enjoy exclusively!
Our property is professionally managed by a full service vacation rental agency, so your trip will be worry-free from beginning to end. We will take care of everything from hosted check-in to departure, and will be available for anything you need along the way. We are also available to handle any special or a-la-carte requests, including pre-arrival grocery shopping and arrangement of transportation and/or tours.
CITY OF PALM SPRINGS REGULATIONS & RENTAL RULES
(we don't make the rules, but we do follow them!)

**No parties or large social gatherings of any kind are permitted at this location!**
Neighbors have been notified that this property is a vacation rental and are encouraged to call a hotline to dispatch authorities to investigate any disturbances. If the city issues a violation, guest will be responsible for payment of any fine(s) and may be evicted with no refund.
- Minimum age for primary renting guest is 25.
- Daytime occupancy is 10 people.
-Overnight occupancy is 6 people.
- Maximum of 3 vehicles allowed. Please utilize driveway parking before using street parking.
- The City imposes a strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals. No music is allowed outside at any time, including music coming from inside that can be heard at the property line, and no noise at all is allowed outside after 10pm.
- The City requires a signed written contract for all guests, as well as a copy of the primary renter's government ID. This will be taken care of during check-in.
- The City requires each guest to pay an 11.5% Transient Occupancy Tax and a 1% Tourism Business Improvement District assessment for stays less than 28 days. If your stay is 28 days or more, taxes do not need to be paid.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
- Check-in time is 4PM, and check-out is promptly by 11AM.
- Our onsite greeter will meet you at the home and give you a tour.
- Late check-outs without prior approval with incur a $250 fee, as we need time to get the house ready for the next guest.
PETS
- Pets are allowed (1 pet max), with a fee of $100. Pets must be approved and fee paid prior to check-in. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee.
NO SMOKING
- There is no smoking in the unit or any of the common areas of the complex. Any signs of smoking in the unit will incur an additional $250 fee.
CLEANING
The final cleaning after your checkout is included in your reservation quote. For stays longer than 6 weeks, guest will be responsible for the cost of a mid-stay clean every 30 days. Fund will be collected from guest as mid-stay cleanings occur.
INSURANCE FEE for Vrbo & Direct Bookings (does not apply to Airbnb bookings)
Guest is responsible for the service fee below, depending on length of stay:
● $99: 1-29 nights
● $450: 30-59 nights
● $150: each additional 30-night block
