This 2 bedroom condo right in the middle of the Hollywood Broadwalk is well equipped for all your needs. Gorgeous ocean view with a shared dining patio; A well stocked kitchen with new appliances. There’s a Jack and Jill bathroom connecting the bedrooms. A double shower and an outdoor shower as well. One bedroom has a luxurious pillow top king-size bed, the other has 2 pillow top Twin XL beds, which may also be converted into a king-size bed. Beach toys games large chairs and umbrella. Great HD Smart TV’s with cable and streaming apps built in; Laundry on site. Walking distance to all restaurants, spas, and Margaritaville Resort. Come and experience the life of living beachfront on a beautiful Broadwalk with tons of biking, walking, sunbathing, eating, drinking, and all around fun!

Location and view cannot be beat! Right on the Hollywood Boardwalk, walk to restaurants and shops with gorgeous view of the ocean and easy access to beach. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed (beach chairs, towels, coffee pods, dish soap, new sponge, etc.) Parking included!Hollywood Beach had a lot of activity and nightlife (week between Christmas and New Years), so also tons of people watching. The hosts were great! Everything was just as expected. Great rental!

Absolute gem.

Three of us stayed in the condo over fourth of July week and it was perfect. The location was spectacular. Right on the beach which was not very crowded. Far enough north of the more populated portion of the broadwalk to be quiet and peaceful at night but close enough to easily walk to restaurants and festivities when we wanted do. Publix was less than ten minutes away. The kitchen was small but well stocked with pans, utensils, silverware, and a dishwasher so it was very functional. It was also so convenient that they provided Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. The included parking spot was a nice feature. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay

The property and location is perfect! Communication was great. Such a friendly place to stay. Literally right on the beach! Walking distance to everything without being on the noisy part of the boardwalk! The condo was clean and perfectly sized for our family. The beds were so comfortable.

Spring Break on the Boardwalk

Location cannot be beat! Great section of the boardwalk - quiet at night, easy walk to meals & entertainment. City cleans the beach and boardwalk each morning and it felt very safe for a solo female on a sunrise run. Water was gorgeous. Apartment was clean and cute (not cluttered - thank you!!). Might have been small with 4 adults or older kids, but was perfect for us (kids 5 & 10). Having parking onsite was super convenient. Maybe an odd highlight, but I was thrilled to have a brand new, unopened sponge and plenty of extra TP & paper towels. Overall great visit - would stay again. Hosts were SUPER accommodating and provided all the info we needed without having to ask.

Home Away From Home

This stay had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and you can't beat the location! The apartment itself was convenient and felt very homey. We were even provided beach chairs, a beach bag, and beach towels. Parking was a little tight when there was a vehicle parked behind us on the other side of the road so a large vehicle may be difficult to park. No fault of the hosts, it's just an FYI and just how the road is. Speaking of the hosts, they were very friendly and very responsive. Our flight got delayed so they went and turned the light on for us and left us waters since it was way after midnight when we got there. It was SO appreciated. Thank you Dimitri and Lea!The location of the place was close to a grocery store, Walgreens, the airport, and also many restaurants were within walking distance. I loved the location because it was fairly quiet and not too busy. But if you are up for that, all you have to do is walk a block down the boardwalk and there are some great bars and even live music. One last thing I have to mention is that the beach is beautiful and not too busy. I loved being literally 20 feet from the sand. The ocean was gorgeous and we spent most of our time there. We loved our stay!

Perfect!

While it's was my spouse and myself actually staying at the property, we met friends in Hollywood for the week. Friends we're so impressed with the apartment; is so well appointed ,the balcony perfect for people watching and sharing drinks, and the location perfect beach, restaurants and hangouts.This is our 3rd year at Sandpiper. Best vacation ever!

It was the best Holiday house we stayed in until today. Other than being at very convenient, and safe location, it was spotless clean, and all small details were thought to make the vacation as comfortable as possible. owner provided even beach bags, and hat on the side of puffiest, flower smelled beach towels, and nicest beach chairs.. kitchen was also very good with all the amenities, and tools if you prefer to eat home like we’ve done.. thank you for everything, and giving us very nice memories on our Florida vacation...

Right on the beach!

Dmitri and Lea’s place was a great location in Hollywood Beach because it was in easy walking distance to restaurants and bars but also far enough away from the usual Spring Breakers. The apartment was well stocked with cooking utensils, pans, and dishes. We especially appreciated the quality of the bedding…so comfortable! It may seem like a little thing but some owners leave a ‘get started’ roll of toilet paper and paper towels. Dmitri and Lea made sure we had enough supplies for our week’s stay. Thanks for helping make our getaway a wonderful one!

Perfect location

We stayed a week in Hollywood beach and this was the perfect location....quiet area of the beach but near all the activity. The unit was great for running back and forth from the beach since literally right on the broadwalk. So nice to go out and be right on the ocean and go for walks and be close to everything. The unit is clean and convenient. Lots of beach towels and chairs provided which is great! Beds are really comfortable. Owner is awesome, super responsive! Would stay again!!

Short gateway

We loved our stay at this location. It was the perfect spot for this short gateway to the beach. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and being walking distance from restaurants.

Somewhat different than advertised.

We are not one to complain, however, this property does not live up to reviews of this property. For example, the entire property was filthy. The floors were dirty and obviously had not been cleaned well before the last occupants. This was evidenced by the food (cereal and popcorn) under the beds. The dust and accumulated dirt was evident on the Venetian blinds and under the beds. The pillows were stained yellow and did not have proper covers. In addition to the lack of cleanliness there were the physical problems. For example, the electrical outlets that did not work and not properly attached to the wall in the living room. The fact that each of the light fixtures in each room were either burnt out or inoperative. It is remarkable that someone would rent a property with one dish towel for two weeks. Lastly, in defense of property owner he offered to refund our vacation or have property cleaned four days after our arrival. Although the cleaning person tried, this property needed more than she could deliver. This property received multiple positive reviews in regards to cleanliness and condition. This does not comport with the conditions we found upon our arrival. Good luck to the next person who rents this property.

Annual girls trip.

This was our third year staying at this property. Our sixth year in Hollywood Beach and never stayed at the same place twice until we found the Sandpiper! We are already planning next years trip to stay at the Sandpiper again. The location is absolutely perfect. Restaurants and stores are conveniently located and walking is preferred. Can't say enough about how easy it is to communicate with Lea and Dimitri. They work around your arrival and departure times as best they can. See you next year.

Perfect!

The Sandpiper is perfectly located just steps to the beach. Restaurants, music, entertainment are steps away. The apartment is well maintained and stocked with beach chairs and beach towels. Well appointed kitchen, even spices if you want to cook in. Leah and Dimitri are easy to communicate with! We couldn't figure out the TV/Internet and Dimitri went above and beyond to help us out. This was our 2nd vacation at the Sandpiper. We love it!

Fantastic property

This property is in a word--fantastic. I was fortunate to have spent this past Memorial Day weekend with my wife and two daughters. While the unit is not directly in front of the Hollywood Broadwalk, as four other units are, it does have a large window with great, unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and the beach. The unit is spacious and well stocked, with all needed amenities, including beach gear. The bedrooms were well appointed, with a very comfortable king-sized bed and sufficient pillows. The second room, where my girls slept, had two twin-sized beds, each with their own nightstands, which my eight-year-old daughter noticed immediately. The kitchen is great. It is well stocked with kitchen appliances, cutlery, plates, and glasses. There is a comfortable second floor balcony with two tables where my wife and I sat to people watch while enjoying our adult beverages. The owners were super responsive and to my several inquiries. They even reached out to us when an incident occurred at the Broadwalk about a mile or so south of the property, which my wife and I really appreciated. I look forward to future bookings at this property. It is that good.
