The Mid Century Modern Bohemian design (TOT License # 30640) provides a simple clean space with a warm cozy atmosphere. Walk through the French doors and let the vacation begin. We designed the pool on the side-yard taking advantage of our "end of the culdesac" location with no direct neighbors. You can lounge by the large pool or spa enjoying the golf course and mountain views. As the sun is setting behind the mountains, move over to the separate backyard to watch the sunset while dining al fresco or cozying up by the fire.

Indian Palm Canyon Country Club has a place in history where President Eisenhower stayed in the winters to write his memoir. The Hidden Gem is only fitting of that history.

Our Hidden Gem is walking distance to the Coachella & Stagecoach Music Festivals (Empire Polo Club) and a short drive to the BNP Parabis Open in Indian Wells. Located in a guard gated golf course community with many amenities including tennis courts, pickle ball, gym, golf & clubhouse restaurant. We can accommodate two cars in the garage as well as space for two additional cars on the driveway (no overnight street parking allowed). Fully stocked kitchen with Kuerig coffee maker. On site washer/dryer. Flexible check-in/check-out. Flat screen Smart TV's in all rooms. 5G WiFi throughout the home and backyard. Beautiful brand new pool and spa with Gas BBQ grill. Cozy up inside by the warm fireplace in the living room or outside by the fire pit.

We are located on the Indian/Mountain Course Tee 11 so you should not get any golfballs in the yard but being on a golf course there is always a chance.

Other things to note
Animals:
We do allow small dogs with prior approval and $150 pet fee. If you bring an animal without prior approval a $150 pet fee will automatically be assessed

Pool/Spa:
Pool heating is set to 84 degrees and is included in the property fee so you can jump right in upon arrival. Spa heat is set to 104 and can be controlled at your leisure.
Pool towels provided.

NO Parties Allowed... We respect our neighbors and expect the same from our guests. You will be asked to vacate the premises if a complaint is made and not corrected.
