Beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath home on the golf course located in The Indian Palms Country Club. Spacious great room with large comfortable sofa is the center of this 2005 square feet home. Master bedroom with king bed, gorgeous walk-in spa shower and view of the golf course. Second bedroom with king bed and private en-suite bathroom. Third bedroom has a queen bed with an adjacent third full bathroom.

Full gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, high line appliance, gas stove, ice maker, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. Kitchen is fully stocked with beautiful plates, glasses and top notch pots, pans and cooking supplies.

Patio is beautifully appointed with comfortable lounge chairs, bistro table, round dinning table for six, BBQ all in a relaxing desert landscape. Enjoy a glass of California wine on the patio or head over to the Club house for dinner and great company.

There are three sparkling pools, spas, pickle ball, tennis and a gym are available for your enjoyment.

Smart TV and WIFI included.

Location is a quiet, beautiful street in the center of the club. No parties or loud gatherings permitted. Minimum age of primary renter is 25.

Amazing Stay!

We had the most amazing time at Patricia’s residence! The house was beautiful, clean, and check in was a breeze. We choose this location for the proximity to the festival, it was less than a 10 minute drive away from the festival grounds. Patricia’s super warm hospitality made our stay as wonderful as can be!

outstanding pad for Coachella/Stagecoach

We had a lovely stay at Patricia's lovely and well kept house. 10 mins bike ride from the main festival grounds if going for Coachella or Stagecoach, and a lovely place regardless. thoroughly recommend/enjoy.

Beautiful place

We stayed here for the Power Trip festival. Only 2 miles from the venue. Really like this place will recommend to anyone that needs to stay in the area. Owner was really friendly and quick to reply to my messages.

Absolutely amazing

I’m scared to review this property as it was 10/10 for us and I’d love to book it for next Coachella so want to scare others off! Absolutely perfect - beds were so comfortable and 3 bathrooms to get ready in! Bikes and golf cart - we could walk home From coachella each night. Thank you for being such a wonderful host!

Indian Palms Indio stay

Very nice home. Would recommend to everyone. Palm Trees in the bedroom and living room added fun to our stay. Patricia owner was the best to work with. Really nice person. Shower in master is huge. Great experience.

Great Stay

Easy check-in and access to the property. Very clean and spacious house. Kitchen has small appliances to use, and utensils were well stocked. Beds/bedding were very comfortable! Lots of sitting areas, patio, dining, and living room. Each room had a small fan cooler and ceiling fan which were great additions. Additional items to use such as bikes and golf cart, my group did not use them but wanted to. Great house and I would stay here again.

Amazing House, Welcoming Host!

Going to keep this short and sweet if you are looking to stay at this property DO NOT HESITATE. From the cleanliness, to the size and house amenities this house has it all. Along with the amazing host who's there to answer any questions you may have at any given time, I really enjoyed my stay. Location is solid as well for those who want to go to Coachella, just a short walk from the main entrance of the community entrance

Comfortable and fun in the sun

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Odlum and appreciated the attentiveness of the property owners. The resort community has nice pickleball and tennis courts. It was a plus being on the golf course and having use of a golf cart to cruise around. The home was very clean and organized.

A Great Vacation Home

Lovely home, with a great layout providing open space along with private rooms for our group of 3 to 5 people during our stay. Well equipped and tastefully appointed. Spent a lot of time on the large comfy patio due to the COVID19 restrictions — so thankful.

Pristine home!!!

Gorgeous home, extremely well maintained and immaculately clean!! Even better than we had expected. The view of the gold course comes through the large windows in the master and main family / kitchen area. When we arrived we were so happy to find every thing that we needed and would expect in a first class hotel! The bathrooms were fully stocked (leave your shampoos behind!) The kitchen had everything we needed to cook delicious meals. Everything was so well organized! Overall it was a perfect vacation. We love the house and plan to come back again soon! Thanks again for your hospitality!

The absolute perfect retreat

My wife Linda and I stayed at Casa Odlum for the second weekend of Desert Trip at the Empire Polo Grounds. We arrived with very clear check instructions, to find a remarkably clean, spacious, and inviting home with an abundance of windows that backs onto the fairway of a gorgeous golf course. There were two large bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large kitchen area fully stocked with cookware etc making it easy to cook meals at the house. There is also a full size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room. The backyard was complete with a grilling area as well as an amazing sitting/dining area that overlooks the golf course with a spectacular mountain backdrop. Having use of the golf cart to roam the really unique community was definitely handy in getting to and from the several amenities (including fitness center and swimming pools). One of the stand out benefits for us was that it was walking distance to the concert grounds. We had heard some mixed feedback on the actual distance walking from the community to the concert grounds, on account of road closures etc, but we walked it with ease. Overall, we give this property our highest of possible recommendations and, in fact, can't wait to stay there again ourselves.

Perfect Peaceful Property

I stayed here with my dad for 4 nights while we went to Stagecoach. It was heaven. We were extremely close to the venue and were able to ride bikes to the concert all 3 days. A HUGE plus. This house is fully stocked, we wanted for nothing. Everything is emaculate, but also very comfortable,from the patio to the beds,bathrooms and extremely well stocked kitchen there was not a thing that wasn't perfect. So many extra touches that just help to make it an easy weekend getaway. We were welcomed by 2 bottles of wine, which was very nice, in addition though just being able to look for foil and suran wrap and find it, ( if you travel a lot you understand.) amazing. The showers also had full complimentary bottles of soap, shampoo and conditioner. Again for me a huge plus. I never pack these things and alway buy them. So nice not to have to worry about anything except relaxing. Thank you again Patricia hope to be back for many festivals to come.

Desert Beauty

We had a great time at Casa Odlum. The house is immaculate and really beautifully furnished. The location is on a quiet street in the center of the club. The patio has a fantastic view of the golf course. We enjoyed using the golf cart and bikes to go the the pool and gym. Lots of great shopping and good restaurants nearby. We hope to return soon.

Beautiful vacation home

We stayed at Casa Odlum for Stagecoach, and it was amazing. The home is located right on the golf coarse and is the perfect spot to relax! The home was beyond beautiful, spacious, and a easy walk to Stagecoach.

We already own a vacation home in Indian Palms and recently purchased this beautiful home for others to enjoy.The home is filled with such wonderful upgrades and we are so exited to be offering it as a rental for the upcoming season. We have been staying at Indian Palms since 1989 when my parents purchased a condo here. We love the club, the restaurant, the pool and enjoy meeting travelers from Canada and other parts of the US. O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We fell in love with this home because of the many upgrades that are included and the incredible location within the club.

The windows have custom plantation shutters on all side facing windows, and pull up custom shades on windows facing the golf course. The large windows let the light and view right into the house.

The kitchen has been highly upgraded with tile back splash, granite counter tops and top of the line stainless steel appliances. We have also purchased all new supplies for the kitchen, ranging from top of the line pots and pans, all new plates, glasses, utensils and appliances.

The house features two bedrooms that each have their own private bathroom. Perfect for two couples traveling together. The master has a large spa walk-in shower, two sinks, and a large walk-in closet. A King size bed with a panoramic view and a TV make this room the perfect retreat. The secondary bedroom also has a king bed, TV, private full bathroom, and walk-in closet.

The entire property has been exquisitely landscaped with desert plants. The back patio is furnished with top notch lounge chairs, a breakfast nook and a large round dining table. The patio is covered and there are two large umbrellas for additional shade. Enjoy the beautiful view of the golf course and Santa Rosa mountains.

You will find that the people at Indian Palms are ever so friendly.
Within the club you can walk to the club house, enjoy dinner with friends at the restaurant, golf, play tennis, swim, go to the gym, the options are endless.
