Create tasty meals in the gourmet kitchen, outfitted with black granite countertops, cherry cabinets, and upscale stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner gas range and double ovens. Craft your morning cup of joe with either the espresso machine or Keurig coffee maker. Perch at the huge center island offering seating for seven, or gather at the six-seat kitchen table. Serve home-cooked dinners at the lovely dining table set for 10.

This single-level home includes five bedrooms, sleeping six adults plus children. Retreat to the primary suite, complete with a plush king bed, twin sleeper sofa, seating area, 55” HDTV, walk-in closet, and direct access to the pool deck. The Tuscan-style en-suite primary bathroom is outfitted with a double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The stylish second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third guest room offers a queen bed and 42” HDTV. Both bedrooms share access to an en-suite bathroom with two separate vanities and a tub/shower combination. The fourth and fifth bedroom each provide a comfy queen bed. The third bathroom features a walk-in shower.

The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than six adults plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to comply with the city's occupancy requirements.
In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 85 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
