We loved the location of the house. The beds were very comfortable.There are parts of the house that need a paint job. But house was clean Would have liked the house to include beach towels, but everything else was sufficient.

We stayed here with our extended family for a wedding in the area. Loved our stay and would love to come back. Plenty of room and pet friendly was a big plus.

We just had the nicest stay on IOP! Perfect size house for our crew - kitchen was well appointed, bedrooms were cozy, great number of bathrooms, great location - nicest screened porch - Love! We’ll be back

The location is FABULOUS! The house is somewhat disappointing. It served its purpose for a long 'beach weekend', but the presentation of the house is underwhelming compared to other IOP properties. It is sort of a 'hodge-podge' of furniture, kitchen accessories, and supplies. There are only very basic supplies offered - one set of towels per person (no spares), watered down hand soap, one dish towel, a partial roll of paper towels. It was never expected that it would be supplied to last us four days - but on the first day, we were buying significant amounts of things to not go back and forth to the store. There are good things about the accommodations - and maybe this property is a work-in-progress. There are large AC units, so it is very comfortable. The kitchen appliances are relatively new and all in great working order and there is a reliable washer and dryer.

Girls weekend

We were six lifelong friends celebrating one of our 40th birthday. The house and location couldn't have been better

Exceptional family stay

The house was a great place for our multi generational family. A few houses from beach access. Need to cross busy Palm Blvd, but no issue. The house was well stocked and very clean. The property manager was very responsive. We had some flooding due to heavy rains and they took care of it. It did not disrupt our stay in any way. My favorite spot was dining, playng games, and sitting on a large screened in porch.

We showed up after a long day of travel to the property. Paid additional money to access the property early. The house was not clean and in the middle of the night we lost electricity. The rental company assisted in moving my family to another property, but we lost several hours packing up and moving everyone and unpacking at the new home. The electrical issues were significant enough to have several Dominion workers on the scene. Overall, this whole process was a total pain.

We apologize for the electrical issue that happened during your stay, and sincerely wish this was something that could have been anticipated and repaired before your arrival. It was a failure of the system, but we're glad everyone was able to respond quickly. As for cleanliness issues, we have shared these with our team, and if these had been brought to our attention at check in, we would have been able to send the team back. We have a friendly and helpful staff available 24/7 for any issues that may arise, and we strive to make sure our guests have a great experience. We understand the inconvenience it was for your family to relocate on the first day of your stay, and although outside of our signed agreement, issued a refund of goodwill for the difficulties at checkin as well as a discount for any returning stays on the Isle of Palms. We hope to host you again under better circumstances in the future.

Pros: Such a great set up for kids! The couch is so cozy and fun, and the closed-in front porch was amazing. Such an easy walk to the beach. It had everything we needed! We'd definitely stay here again.Cons: When we checked in, the 7 on the lock wasn't working and it took us several minutes and really pressing the heck out of the button for it to work. It was really frustrating and people kept thinking they had been locked out. Just a heads up to management that you might want to fix that. There were also a couple random things left around the house (an empty fan box, a detached ceiling light) that made it seem like maintenance had just been there but hadn't cleaned up afterwards. Small things, more for the management company than guests.
