*Community pool now open* While at Escondido 2343/2355 Retreat enjoy wonderful red rock views from these newly built, neighboring townhomes, in the rural area outside of Washington City. Together, the homes consist of 10 bedrooms / 8 bathrooms and can sleep up to 46 guests. Keep all of your loved ones close, and have the convenience of being right next door to each other. Perfect for family reunions, corporate trips, or any large group coming to Southern Utah. These homes are only a few miles from I-15, so you can experience all Southern Utah has to offer without having to travel far.
Within both beautifully modern homes, you will find a fully stocked kitchen and BBQ grill outside, providing plenty of room for group dining. Take a trip around the neighborhood on the scooters, and play Pickleball at the Community court. If you want to spend the day indoors, challenge each other to a game on the Nintendo Switch or play a few rounds of Shuffleboard. Each home comes equipped with a Highchair and a Port-a-crib so you don't have to worry about bringing your own.

Overall a great place to stay. Near the freeway so easy to get where you want to go. Could use a few more convenience products in the kitchen and bathrooms (I.e seran wrap, foil, and Kleenex). The overhead fans hadn’t been cleaned in awhile but other than that the place was clean and lots of bedroom spaces.

Great location & plenty of space!
We had a church group who went to visit Zion National park - the location and the homes were in perfect condition for us to spend time there. Greatly recommended for your next trip. The owner was very responsive and it was easy to follow all the given directions.

Great place to stay
It was a nice place with all the extras you need. It was a bummer because one of the garage doors were broke when we arrived. The carpets/floor and couches were pretty stained and dirty but I’m sure there is a high turnover so it would be hard to keep them clean. There was great communication and they responded quickly. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very Good
The space was awesome and my kids loved the pool area. The only thing I didn't like is the floors made our feet or socks black. We always took off our shoes when we came in but the floors were dirty.

Tufts Rental
Our stay was great. We enjoyed the water park and pickleball courts. I liked not having so many rules at the pool but was a little concerned about two things. 1) Some older youth were throwing a normal football in the crowded pool. A nerf football would be ok but the heavier ball represents a hazzard and should not be allowed. Floaties in the hot tubs should not be allowed. Also, we come from a small town with little recycling. Some instructions on what to recyle and how would help.
Thanks for the nice time. Red Sands personell were always so kind and helpful. Maybe you could lower the outside temperature somehow?????

The homes were very clean upon our arrival. Most of the items were in proper working order. Beautiful bathrooms. The 2 electric bikes need to have their brakes fixed. When we started to use them, the brakes were depleted. The size of the bedrooms were really large. Having multiple TV's was a hit with the kids. The houses were able to maintain a nice temperature from the A/C. Wifi was strong although the system in 2343 would not allow anyone to sign in. So we used the system in 2355 for both houses and that seemed to work for everyone. The staff was quick to respond to my questions. Thanks a bunch.
