Looking for the perfect summer beach rental? Well, you've found it! This amazing 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation home rental is available weekly from Sunday to Sunday starting Memorial Day through mid-August and has all you need for a sublime vacation to Sullivan's Island—only a 250 yard walk to the beach!

Please note that every reservation will be required to sign an independent vacation rental agreement. Minimum age required for reservation holder is 25 years of age.
Walk up the steps to the home and step onto the front porch area, which offers a screened-in area with ceiling fans, rocking chairs, and a four-seater dining set. Step through the front door and journey to the main open concept area of the home. Here you'll find the two living rooms and kitchen area, set in a cozy atmosphere with hardwood floors, wood-paneled walls, and wooden ceiling beams, giving the home a rustic touch.
The first living area is furnished with two plush sofas and a chair, creating a comfy sitting area where you can gather with your fellow travelers and enjoy one another's company. The second living area is furnished with a plush red sectional, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. There's an additional ceiling fan for added comfort, and the TV has YouTube streaming services for use.
This space flows into the kitchen, which offers a coastal cabin-like feel with its rich wood details. The kitchen is fully equipped, giving you the ability to whip up your own meals, from casual snacks like trail mix to full-blown meals like spaghetti with meatballs. High quality appliances make it easy, and you'll enjoy perks like a coffee maker. The washer and dryer are also conveniently located in the kitchen space. There's an inside dining set that can seat six, or you can journey out through French doors to dine al fresco in the back screened-in patio, which has a table with four seats and a gas BBQ. Outside the screened-in porch you'll find a wide deck, along with a huge grassy backyard.
Back inside, you'll find the three bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a queen-sized bed. In the second room you'll find a place perfect for the kids, as it's furnished with 1 twin single and 1 twin bunk set {the top bed has a 70 lbs. restricted weight limit - please do not use if weight exceeds 70 lbs.} The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed and a flat-screen TV, as well as a beautifully renovated bathroom in a modern style with a walk-in shower and double vanity.
Bed Sizes: 1K, 1 Q, 1 S, 1 BB (S/S w/70 lb weight limit on top)
Please note: After heavy rains the yard does flood. This is an island wide drainage issue and it typically just affects the back yard but the front may flood if it rains for a full day or more.
A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 3 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given.
This home is pet friendly. Dogs are considered with a $300 pet fee (per pet), applicable pet policy signed, and flea proof records received prior to arrival. Dog must be approved by Carroll Realty. Absolutely no cats or other animals are allowed. Any damages caused by the pet will be charged to the pet owner, and not paid by the pet fee.
This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Life, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property. ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Sullivan’s island fun!!
This was our 3rd stay at this property. It’s right around the corner from the beach path and all the restaurants. We love that we can bring our fur family and it’s very comfortable. Have already booked again for March! Can be a little loud during the season because of location.

True Old School Sullivan’s
The quintessential Sullivan’s beach house — old wood floors, vaulted ceilings, and primo screened-in porch. Everything you would want. Proximity to restaurants is huge bonus. Already booking again for next year.

The Best Location!
We loved staying at this amazing beach cottage so much & truly didn’t want to leave. It’s cozy, with all the basic you need for a comfortable stay. The bed in the primary bedroom was really comfy. The screened porches on the front & back of the house were wonderful places for us to relax and read. What stands out the most is the location!! You can’t beat it. A block from the beach & a block from all the restaurants/shops. We hope to be back soon!!
