The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, LCD TVs, private bathroom, free Wi-Fi, and direct beach access. Spend your days relaxing on the private ocean-view balcony, lounging by the heated pools, or taking advantage of the resort's hot tubs, tennis court, and private gym.

The Neighborhood:

Conveniently located and within walking distance of the Ocean Annies, enjoy live music by the beach and a great atmosphere! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.



Getting Around:

I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft. There is also Turo.

Other Things to Note:

This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is allowed outside the resort in designated areas. Please only smoke in these areas and these areas only.



This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.



IMPORTANT NOTES:

- North Elevator: Anticipated to be out of service beginning September 21, 2026, with completion expected by January 2, 2027.

-South Elevator: Anticipated to be out of service beginning January 2, 2027, with completion expected by April 9, 2027.



During this time, one elevator will remain operational in the North Tower. From September 21, 2026, through April 9, 2027, residents and guests should expect to have access to a single elevator in the North Tower while the other is being modernized. The South Tower elevators will not be affected, and both will remain in operation.



Construction-related activity and occasional noise during normal working hours.



- All units must be serviced to ensure the proper treatment.

Pest control takes place on the first Saturday of each month.
