Pacific Beach is the jewel of miles of sandy beaches in San Diego and is located close to Mission Bay Park, San Diego Bay and downtown. There are so many beautiful beaches in the San Diego area, but Pacific Beach is one of the most popular and unique beaches because of miles of boardwalk all the way to San Diego River and Mission Bay Park.

If you are looking for miles of sandy beach with convenience, then this location is perfect for you. Our condo building is located 2 block north of Crystal Pier, between Pacific Terrace Hotel and Tower23 Hotel which are the one of the most expensive hotels in Pacific Beach; therefore staying in our condo is a great deal. The north of the Crystal Pier is less congested and quieter than the south of the Crystal Pier or Mission Beach area, yet many restaurants, bars, and shops are within a few blocks away.

This Oceanfront 1 bedroom Condo Unit is located in a residential condominium building built in 1973 which is located on the beachfront boardwalk in Pacific Beach in San Diego, California. One "L" shaped condominium building contains 4 floors with the total 55 residential units and has only 1 elevator. There is no central air condition or heating in this building.

This 2nd Floor Oceanfront Unit has been remodeled in 2009, and has 1 bedroom with 1 Queen Bed. The floor-to-ceiling window in the living room faces west directly to the Pacific Ocean. There is no Ocean View from the small bedroom window which overlooks the court yard. There is one bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

San Diego offers not only the most comfortable weather all year around, but also the access to miles of sandy beaches and cliffs from north to south with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. San Diego has many attractions which vacationers of all ages will enjoy. Both Mission Bay Park and San Diego Bay offers variety of water sports and activities in addition to the beaches. A panoramic view of San Diego Bay and Pacific Ocean from the Cabrillo National Monument and Point Loma Light House is so unforgettable. The natural beauty of the coastline is at its best from the high cliff of Torrey Pines State Park. Sailing, Dinner Cruses, Whale Watching, Sportfishing, Baseball games at San Diego Padres’ Petco Park, Torrey Pines PGA Golf Courses and many other golf courses, Indian Casinos, Sea World, Zoo, Safari Park, Legoland, Old Town, Gaslamp District, Little Italy, museums and FREE Sunday concert at Organ Pavilion in Balboa Park.

Pacific Beach is centrally located and lose to Sea World, Mission Bay Park, San Diego Bay, Old Town and many other attractions. Pacific Beach is located between Mission Beach and La Jolla. Pacific Beach and Mission Beach are the only two beaches in San Diego with miles of boardwalk. North Pacific Beach where this condo is located is less congested than further south of the Crystal Pier and in Mission Beach, yet still very vibrant and bigger wider sandy beach than further north in La Jolla. Pacific Beach is very popular among swimmers and surfers, and offers more services and all convenience you need along the beach. You do not need to drive to go shop or dine. You can go swim or surf in the ocean, bike or walk on the boardwalk and stop by at shops and restaurants. There are many other beautiful sandy beaches and cliffs in both north and south in San Diego area, but there is no other fun place like Pacific Beach.
