Enjoy the ocean-front Seaview House on the Gulf: 4BRs, 3 full baths + office/den + living + family + kitchen + dining + gym garage + screened patios + a boat lift available + generous dock with covered tiki bar, grill. Escape to kayaking, scalloping, fishing, crabbing, biking, watching dolphins and manatees, incredible sunsets and sunrise…all at Seaview! By car, 5 mins to SunWest beach and Hudson Beach, 20 mins to Weeki Wachee, 1 hr to Tampa, 2 hrs to Disney, minutes to Publix, restaurants, boat rentals, and stores... MIN 30 DAYS STAYING.

SITTINGS: Kitchen, Dining Room, Upstairs Master Suite and 1st floor Master Bedroom all over look the gulf. Dining Room sits 4-6. Outdoor dining in screened porch can sit 14. Grill outdoor and embrace the ocean breeze.

BEDDINGS/BATHS: The Seaview house has 4 bedrooms, 1 office, and 3 baths, and sleeps up to 12 guests. The Upstairs Master Bedroom has a king size bed (sleeps 2) and has access to a private balcony overseeing the gulf. Master bedroom has an attached office with a king-size sofa bed (sleeps 2). The bunker bedroom is on the upper level and has a full-full-twin bed (sleeps 5). There is one full bath on the upper level. The 2nd master is located on the 1st floor and it is attached to the screened patio overlooking the gulf, and it has its own private full bath. The 2nd master has one king bed (sleeps 2). The green bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a king-size bed (sleeps 2), and a baby bed there. There is a full bath with a bathtub next to green bed room.

GYM: Gym garage has 2 adults bikes, and 2 child bikes, weights, and 3 kayaks. Two of kayaks can sit 2 adults and one kayak sits one person. We are still adding more equipment in the gym garage. Adult and children life jackets are available in gym garage.

DRIVEWAY: Driveway is meant for 6 cars, but could crowd in 9 cars when parked a bit onto the yard.

COSTS:
The base charge includes up to 8 guests. Additional guests are $20.00 per day, per guest. Contact us for discounts on longer staying. Fishing boat is available for rent for $150 per 8-hour day plus gas.

Great views

This property is in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views. We enjoyed our peaceful stay. There are also several great places to eat minutes away.

Not your go to vacation house

We stayed 5 nights and rented the boat for 3 days. The boat is terrible. The gas gage is broken. The boat completely broke down day 2 and we were only on the water for 2 hours. Luckily someone towed us to the nearest stop. Property manager did refund 2 of 3 days and we received our $500 deposit back. The pass code to enter the house is ridiculously long. The list of rules were ridiculously long too. This place is perfect if you want peace and quite because you have to be quite. They have quite time and something in the house that will pick up the level of noise. So not the place for kids to run around and have fun during summer. The neighbors who came by on boats were rude to us even when we trying to wave and say hello. There were a few nice neighbors however. Furniture was ripped and we were blamed for it because their cleaners didn't see it before. We had to pay $100 for something we did not do. The dishes were not clean. There was dirt and dust all over the floors. Especially underneath furniture like the beds and sofa. The beds are very hard. The bathtub downstairs by the kitchen has paint chipping away from the tub. You have make sure when you flush the toilet to pull the handle back up because it will continuously run. The room with the baby crib has hardly any air flowing to it. We had to buy a fan from Wal-Mart to sleep at night. It was so hot in that room. We left the door open to let the cool air in from the living room in. Even doing that wasn't enough to cool the room down. I didn't appreciate the texts after we left accusing us of incidents that didn't happen on our watch. Luckily we and the property manager were able to dispute one because we had a picture for proof and they have cameras. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone. Look elsewhere.

Loved it

I have rented many houses in Florida this by far is the best location I have rented! Mins way from anything that the kids wanted to do! The only thing I can say bad about the house was not all the tv was hooked up! And paint was pilling off the bathtub! But with the kayaks the kids didn’t mind not having TV!

WHAT CAN YOU DO AT SEAVIEW
- Enjoy every sunset and sunrise from our dock between September and March!
- Grill outdoor and embrace the ocean breeze and sunsets.
- Kayaking the mangroves or open bay. Two Kayaks are available for you to use at Seaview, each allows two adults.
- Rent our fishing boat from our dock lift and go to red neck sanding beach 1000 yards south from SeaView.
- Watch TV under the covered tiki bar by the gulf.
- Fishing from the dock: red fish, cat fish, snapper, snook etc.There are two fishing poles in the house.
- Breakfast in screened porch, watching the wild nature from your own docks: dolphins, manatees, cranes, parrots, cormorants, osprey, eagle, ibis, seagulls, pelicans, porpoise, tweety bird, ducks, fish, sting rays, crabs…
- Burn a log at the fire pit by the gulf, toast cotton candies or hot dogs.
- Watch stars at night. Try SkyView Lite app. It is so cool.
- Take a leisurely stroll to one of the many local water-front eateries for dinner.
- Bike around the town. 4 bikes are available.
- Scalloping is a big trend here during July-Sept. People usually rent a boat for a day and go to sea.
- Seaview is tucked away in a peaceful family-friendly neighborhood with 360 degree view of Gulf of Mexico, but it is conveniently located 5 minutes away from Winn Dixie grocery store.
- Bring your boat and tie to our floating dock. Only 15 minutes by boat to the grass flats for perfect scalloping conditions.
- By car, SunWest Beach is 5 minutes away, Mini golf place Congo River 10 minutes, Weeki Wachee State Park 30 minutes away, Clearwater 1 hour away, and Disney 2 hours away.
