We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Asheville. It’s located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, yet just a short drive from grocery stores, restaurants, and many popular Asheville attractions.The house is beautifully decorated, with modern lighting and dimmers that create a very comfortable atmosphere. Our children especially enjoyed playing ping pong, which was a great bonus for our family.As a small suggestion for the host, it would be helpful to leave a full roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. The homeowner might also consider adding a stand or hooks for hanging jackets during the winter.Overall, we highly recommend this home for families with children.

The home was so welcoming and clean. We had a small issue with the tv and it was fixed immediately. Everyone was so kind. If we come back to the Asheville area we would certainly stay here again!

Nice property with upscale furnishings. Questions about the property were answered very quickly. The weather was nice during our visit. Because there were two nice size bird nests on the front porch area, we were unable to enjoy the nice size front porch.Several reviewers mentioned the steep steps/driveway, it is true. If you have mobility issues, this beautiful property may not be the best one for you.Overall, we enjoyed our stay

This was the most perfect VRBO property we’ve ever stayed at….it was absolutely amazing! There is NOTHING negative to be said about this beautiful rental. Every detail has been thought of and every amenity provided. The entire home was amazingly clean and comfortable. The sheets were divine! There is a tv in every bedroom, plenty of nice, thick towels and washcloths and even body wash, shampoo, and conditioner was provided. This will be our “go to” when in Asheville from now on!

I can’t say enough about how beautiful this house is. We walked in and it smelled clean and was tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a “girls weekend “. The only downside was the steep driveway and we couldn’t stay longer. Will definitely book again and recommend to friends and family.

We loved this stay in West Asheville! The neighborhood was so cute and house was just as pictured in the listing. My kids LOVED the park across the street and the game room. Bedrooms & set up were perfect for our family of 6 and I loved the big front porch! Would def stay again!

Easter @ The Biltmore

Long weekend trip to Asheville. The house exceeded our expectation. From cleanliness to the layout to the decor, everything was fabulous. The playground, literally across the street, was a bonus for our granddaughter. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful.

Weekend in Asheville

We thought it was great! House felt very homey. No yard per se but nice Park directly across the street. Beds were very comfortable. Only drawback for us was we felt the pillows were a bit too hard. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again.

Kid-Friendly Listing, But Not Kid-Safe

We enjoyed our stay—the home is charming, the neighborhood is great, and the park across the street is amazing. It’s a place we would have seriously considered re-renting for future trips.Unfortunately, our experience was impacted by a safety concern. Within minutes of arriving, our young son fell and hit his head on the hardwood floor due to a loose rug that had no rug pad underneath. While the host responded with an apology, they insisted all rugs had pads, which wasn’t the case. That response felt a bit dismissive rather than reassuring.While the home remains in this condition, it’s a risk factor for anyone—especially children—which is particularly concerning given the listing describes the home as “Kid Friendly.” We wanted to share this so other families can make an informed decision.

Perfect Asheville House

Can’t say enough good things about this house. Perfect place for a family visiting Asheville. Perfect jumping off point to visit Pisgah NF, GSM, Pigeon River, etc. We did all of these things and house was perfect to come home to. Convenient to downtown but away from any bustle and very quiet. Great front porch, perfectly decorated, comfy beds, ping pong table, darts, and ring swing for kids. This place was 5 stars of 5 and we won’t even search other properties next time I’m in Asheville because this place is a no brainer. Simply a perfect VRBO. Loved it.

Quiet, well stocked home.

The property is nicely decorated and super clean with a well stocked kitchen. All of us found the mattresses very comfortable in the 3 bedrooms. The location was great for dining in west Asheville and also close to downtown. The ping pong table was a fun diversion. We didn’t have kids, but the small neighborhood park across the street looked really nice. We had an enjoyable stay. As other guests noted, the driveway is steep and a bit curved which was a bit stressful going down, but the backup camera in my small car helped a lot.

Great Asheville House

We used the house for a girls weekend trip including going to the Biltmore. The location is convenient to all the things we wanted to do. The house itself is lovely, really nice decor, very clean and exactly as advertised. We had no issues but the host was available and easy to communicate with if needed. Comfy furniture, and kitchen was well set up although we did not cook on this trip. We would return and recommend!

Quiet, convenient, comfortable

This is a well-maintained, beautiful little house in a quiet West Asheville neighborhood. Shanti was great with communication, too. We found that nearly everything we wanted to do was within a15 minute drive. Highly recommended.

Nice House

This house was beautifully decorated! It had all the amenities our 3 couples needed. Loved the ping pong table too. Driveway was a little steep so be careful backing down. Owner was great to work with!
