Just a few steps to the World Famous Eagle Beach in this condo with breathtaking sunset views located in the Boca Catalina building on the 2nd floor overlooking the pools and gardens. The Amazing Two-bedroom condo is recently refreshed with new decorations and furniture to complete your Aruba vacation.

The living room is equipped with a sofa, two chairs, and a large TV. The dining area is equipped with a 6-seat glass dining table. Extensive meals can be prepared in the open fully equipped kitchen with 4-bar stools. Right of the living area, there is a balcony with a 4-seat table and a BBQ-grill, perfect for a casual cookout while enjoying the stunning ocean views and the sunset.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, built-in closet and it boasts its own balcony with the same stunning ocean views. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and a bunk bed of which the bottom one is a double-size bed and the top a single-size bed. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a third bathroom with a shower located in the corridor. The laundry facility (washer and dryer) is also located in the corridor.

This unit provides you with 1,600 sq.ft. of living space. Free wireless internet, cable TV, three flatscreen TV's (in the living room and each bedroom) are all provided for your comfort.

Excellent condo right by Eagle Beach

Clean and well-appointed condo on second floor, facing pools and ocean sunsets. 2 BR, 3 Bath unit was a great place to stay and the communication before and during our stay was excellent. Well placed between Oranjestad and the high-rise hotels to the north. LOVED it.

The property is as beautiful as the pictures. There is lots of room and lots of extras. The kitchen is very well equipped. The patios are relaxing. Beds comfortable. Getting into the apartment was easy and itā€™s a stones throw from the ocean. Highly recommend

Great Location

The condo is steps away from Eagle Beach. We found the condo clean with plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware. We were able to grill on the balcony. The pools were cleaned every day. My only complaint is the lounge chairs werenā€™t cleaned as often. Convenient location to walk to restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. Communication through VRBO was easy for any questions we had.

Amazing Condo on beautiful Eagle Beach

Our family of 4 (16 year old and 12 year old) spent an amazing week in this lovely condo. It was spacious, clean, quiet and nicely decorated which made for a relaxing week. The pictures are exactly what we saw when we arrived. The member of the Vacation Aruba Team was very welcoming, helpful, and accommodating and made everything about our stay here easy. The location was perfect, right across from Eagle Beach, as well as walking distance to restaurants. We loved our time in Aruba and if we return we would be sure to stay here again. Highly recommend.

GREAT CONDO- GREAT LOCATION

STAY AT THIS CONDO WAS VERY NICE. GREAT LOCATION ACROSS FROM EAGLE BEACH. BEAUTIFUL POOLS, COMFORTABLE CONDO WITH FULL KITCHEN, EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR THE STAY INCLUDING BEACH TOWELS, BEACH CHAIRS, POOL FLOATS, SAND TOYS ETC. GREAT VIEW OF THE BEACH AND POOL AREAS.ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THAT CHECK OUT IS 11AM AND CLEANING CREW WALKED IN CONDO AT 10AM WITHOUT KNOCKING TELLING US THEY NEEDED TO CLEAN FOR NEXT VISITORS STAY.

Amazing Condo, Exceptional Location

We canceled our hotel reservation when I found availability for this rental and we could not have made a better choice! All of the bedrooms and living spaces are huge. Three full bathrooms with walk in showers. We bought groceries at the nearby Super Mart and cooked breakfast and lunches at home- grilled on the patio! Took the electric scooters up to Palm Beach for dinner. Location could not have been more convenient and we loved Eagle Beach. So much quieter than being near the high rise hotels. Plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Check in process was seamless. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Location, amenities, and sunshine galore!

The location of this condo is excellent. You are right across from the part of Eagle beach that is quieter. There is a grocery store 5min away by car. We were easily able to access the hotel zone or go down to the shops near the cruise terminal. The condo complex is in excellent condition and the massive pools were never busy! There are tennis, pickleball and racquetball courts to use. Paddles and racquets can be borrowed from the security gate house. The condo itself had plenty of towels and hot water for all 6 of us to shower each evening. The space was very clean and well kept. The kitchen has just enough to make a few simple meals and we used the gas grill multiple nights. The washer and dryer were used daily and worked fine. We were very happy with our stay and would love to come back again!

2 Night Stay over Spring Break

We loved our stay at this property! My family all commented they just wish we wouldā€™ve been at this property more nights than the other property we resided at which was a newer more high rise condo. They all felt the unit & the property felt more ā€œauthentic Arubaā€ & of course you cannot beat this location! You literally walk across the street & you are on beautiful Eagle Beach. The condo unit itself was perfect! The bright colors & the decor were so much fun! The condo was so well stocked in the kitchen, the bathrooms, & best yet, with 4 beach chairs, a cooler, sand toys;etc. These things were awesome to have! We did initially have problems getting in but it was my mistake as I missed the email amongst mine and instead I was looking just in my VRBO inbox. The communication was excellent as I figured it out thru the phone number on VRBO app, & thru Whatā€™s App. We would definitely stay in this unit again. The overall property is very well kept as well with maintenance workers tending to the greenery, pool cleaners early in the day;etc. There is no problem getting a spot by the pool either with no need to rush out and reserve chairs. We did have a rental car which we found helpful for trips to the grocery store (which is very close) & to explore Aruba. There are plenty of places to eat however that are in walking distances.
