Very comfortable one bedroom apartment in a well maintained complex, containing all you need for a relaxing holiday. Open plan lounge/ kitchen & dining room with patio doors in bedroom and lounge, opening on to good sized veranda with direct access to beautifully presented garden and 20m pool.
Both bedroom & lounge have air conditioning and ceiling fans to help to keep you comfortable during the gorgeous Cyprus weather.
The living area has a tv, dvd player hi fi with bluetooth,a selection of books, dvds and games. The tv receives all UK channels and wifi is included in the price.
The kitchen is fully fitted, and well equipped for all your self catering needs
The bathroom has a full sized bath and powerful shower over the bath.
The Complex is in Kato Pafos, a 2 minute walk to the local supermarket and diner and a 15 to 20 minute stroll to the beautiful harbour at Paphos with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars.
There is also a bus service which goes to the harbour and the old town, from right outside the complex

Great stay

Great communications from the owners, simple check in, great property on a quiet complex with a good size pool, sun all day at the pool. Ground floor with easy acess, everything you could need in the kitchen, comfy bed, good shower, clean & tidy apartment, tv with tons of channels. Enjoyed my stay.

Great stay

Lovely clean apartment in well maintained grounds and with a lovely pool. Apartment had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Was within a 15-20 min walking distance to all the restaurants and bars. Julie and Derek were wonderful hosts and were quick to reply to my messages before I booked. Would definitely recommend.

FANTASTIC

This was no doubt one of the best apartment we have stayed in every thing needed was there.Very spacious and well maintained to be honest it was absolutely great.. considering my wife is partially blind and has only partial mobility after her stroke she felt so at ease with the apartment. seriously superb .

Great location. The apartment was fine but quite dated and would have benefited from a good clean. The A/C is on a timer and the unit in the bedroom is very old, was a little frustrating having to keep getting up to turn it back on during the night. The sun loungers are heavy and wooden and therefore we didn’t really use them as it was too difficult to move them to the pool area.

Relaxing Vacation

Stayed here for two weeks and had a really great time. The owners have created an apartment that is well equipped and comfortable. There is a clean and lovely pool with sunbeds (and even pool towels provided!) The location is fine being only a relatively short walk into Paphos where restaurants, bars and supermarkets abound; nearer to hand is a small but well stocked mini market as well as a restaurant which is well worth checking out. Buses stop right outside the complex and are frequent and, of course, almost everyone speaks English! Also, Christine (who manages the apartment) is a super help. So glad we stayed here.

EXCELLENT

This was my first Solo holiday abroad and i had no dissapointments. I contacted the Host Julie with an abundance of questions and she responded immediately with all the answers that i needed. The apartment was fantastic had everything you needed and more !!the gardens were beautiful and very well maintained really nice to wake up to. Great size patio and a good selection of outside furniture. Very spacious inside well equiped kitchen area and Bus stop just outside so travel was easy...just perfect. I stayed for 10 days and it was Bliss. Ive booked my flights and the apartment for my return next year without hesitation. Thank you Julie it really was a little place of paradise!!

Nightmare to tranquility

After a dodgy start with C19 clearance we finally arrived, so peaceful, clean with everything we needed, bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen diner and lounge area. Totally stress free, already knew of some places to eat but was given more and found others even cheaper. Thank you for letting us use your place. Loved the tea cups xxx

Holiday cut short

Until the Coronavirus hit we were having a brilliant time the apartment has everything you need for a home away from home it is just a short walk in to Paphos or a short bus ride if you don’t feel like walking will definitely be going back as soon as we can

Lovely homely apartment

Home from home. This is a very well equipped home that is in a good location and has everything you need. The swimming area is peaceful and safe and the walk to town centre not to far. We had a car which we found essential for exploring the wider island. Julie and Derek were in constant communication with us from the moment we booked to the moment we arrived home their attention to detail is second to none. We have booked many places on homes away in many locations and this was by far the best experience we have had.

Great Stay in Phapos

Fantastic flat fully equipped with all you could want. Spotlessly clean. It has a lovely patio overlooking the gardens and pool. Short 10 to 15 min walk to bars restaurants. Great TV with all UK channels including sport and good wireless connection.

Comfortable Stay

I stayed in this lovely apartment for 2 weeks in June. I can honestly say I have never stayed in an apartment that was so comfortably furnished with access to the Sky package. The apartment is ideally situated close to all the amenities and harbour and the patio looks onto a well maintained garden but still close to the pool. Julie ensures you have everything needed for a pleasant stay and Christine is at hand if needed once there. Thank you for everything and I would recommend this beautiful apartment to anyone looking for a holiday in Paphos xx

Well equipped, clean, comfortable. pool lovely if you just want to chill ,easy to get to coast, restaurants , supermarkets neighbours helpful (committee member), as was the taxi driver Tony. Lots of trips but close enough to the local archaeological park to walk. I f you enjoy history go there Loved every day would go again

Lovely Holiday

We stayed here 15.12.18 to 12.01.19 over the Christmas period and really enjoyed it. The apartment is lovely and has everything you need in it. The complex is also lovely, nice, quiet and private. The neighbours are very nice and helpful, and If you have any questions Julie and Derek will always reply to you straight away. If you like walking there is a lovely coastal path that runs in both directions from the harbour. Also there are lots of nice restaurants at the harbour. Thank you Julie and Derek for sharing your home with us. I would highly recommend it, and hopefully we will return soon. Denis and Lin Marsden

Simply the best holiday 😃

Brilliant

Just come back from a 2 weeks stay here and can not recommend it enough. From the start you will be treated as genuine friends of the family and the home is set up perfectly. In the two weeks we did not want for anything, Julie and Derek have genuinely thought of everything. The welcome pack is thoughtful and extremely thorough. Excellent location and position

Well equipped apartment with all the information necessary for appliances and smooth running. Good amenities which include a pool and beautiful gardens. Within a 15 min walk of Paphos, the harbour, shops and restaurants. Added bonus of being on a bus route to the harbour or Old Town. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Recent stay

The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated and very well equipped. The shower was good and both the bed and sofa bed in the living area were extremely comfy. Great having both aircon and ceiling fans in the living area and bedroom as these were lifesavers for us! Excellent selection of in-house entertainment. The patio area is huge, but gets extremely hot first thing in the morning. Very quiet and peaceful, although a bit too quiet for us to be honest. The pool and grounds are beautiful. Christine, the manager, is a lovely lady and very helpful. Julie & Derek, you have a lovely "home abroad" and for the most part we enjoyed our stay. However, the location for us was just a bit too far away from everything unfortunately so we struggled a bit as we had to keep spending out on taxis at night or during the heat of the day as we like to get out and about a lot and prefer a bit more life around us. Speaking of which, Tony the taxi driver who lives in the next block should get a special mention as he was an absolute star! For us, if you could move this apartment nearer to the seafront then it would have been perfect. Thanks :)

a wee diamond

Not often my wife and i put reviews up on sites but this apartment has to have one, what can i say except just a fantastic apartment within easy walkin distance to kato pafos town centre(20mins) also a lovely pub/restaurant called pambi's an 2 good sized supermarkets all just 5 mins away. julie & derek have everything you need in the apartment from cooking utensils to directions to anywhere on the island, we never go back to anywhere twice but this wee diamond could be the first thanks again to julie & derek we had a ball 👍👍👍👍👍 michael & val

Our 2nd time returning to paphos as a couple and to the same property!

Fantastic complex, lovely apartment. Has everything you need from air con to washing machine. Close by all the tourist attractions and the popular harbour. Julie and Derek are fantastic and on hand whenever you need them, happy to answer any questions too. Lovely English neighbours next door to help too. Would 100% recommend, we look forward to returning.

BOOK, RELAX, AND ENJOY

My wife and I stayed for 2 weeks in June 2018. The apartment was exceptionally clean, fully equipped, and comfortable ( special mention for the bed, as this has not always been the case on our travels). The Complex and attractive grounds are very well maintained. The good size pool was where my wife spent several hours each afternoon , either in it or sunbathing by it. I swam in the early evening when the pool was covered in shade, as unlike her I am not a sun worshipper! The location of the Complex is in a very nice area of Paphos, called UNIVERSAL, which like the rest of Paphos is exceptionally clean, with litter free streets. Just a few minutes walk will bring you to a well stocked convenience store, bus stops, and a terrific local eatery, called Pambis, serving excellent food from a comprehensive menu, served by polite attentive staff from 9am to late evening, a very popular place.....it has a resident, large, and beautiful Parrot which is chatty and can squawk quite loud ( It may, in fact, be the manager). The joy of hiring a car here is driving on the same side as us Brits, and the roads were not too busy, nor do they have the many potholes that we suffer in the UK. Thank you Julie and Derek, should we return to Paphos in the future we would stay here.

Perfect home away from home

We stayed im the apartment for our honeymoom for a week. From the moment we arrived it was perfect. Everything you need is at the apartment e.g. hair dryer, hangers. Lots of space for clothes if you over pack (lile i did haha). The apartment is just a short walk to two shops to get bits in such as bread and milk and juice and a lovely diner. The apartment is perfect. The patio gets the sun from 9am and the swimming pool is lovely. Such a nice peaceful place to stay with helpful neighbours as well. Overall we wouls definitely recommend to friends and are already thinkinf about our next trip to paphos! Thank you julie and derek. Mr and Mrs McIntosh

We are Derek and Julie Hughes from Stoke on Trent, England. We've been married for 30 years. Derek is 52 and works as a self employed Gardener and I am 53 and I am a Carer in a Nursing Home.
We first visited Cyprus in 2012 and we loved it, and in 2016 when the opportunity came to buy a holiday home, it just had to be Paphos in Cyprus!

We felll in love with this property as soon as we saw it. It is a nice size, it is in a nice sized friendly complex, not too big, it is on the ground floor , has a large veranda which opens up onto the beautiful open gardens which are well maintained and there are plenty of benches and picnic tables around the garden, it also has a gorgeous pool.It is in Kato Paphos, which is in a quiet area, a 20 minute drive from Paphos airport, but only a short stroll from the harbour and the beach, and is close to the bus stop, local shops and Diner.
