Welcome to Paradise Island and sandy beach
We are pleased to welcome you to the perfect getaway place by the side of the Atlantic Ocean with Caribbean breeze. This unit is fully equipped and tastefully furnished, providing short term vacation renters with the comforts of an apartment and the amenities of a hotel. Located in the exclusive Paradise Island of Key Biscayne, is just steps to white sandy beach and crystal clear Caribbean water, and minutes to Brickell,Downtown,Miami Int. Airport and South Beach.
THE SPACE:
This wonderful two bedroom two bathroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a nice three story building, in the Paradise’s Island of Key Biscayne. This unit has been recently remodeled to serve at its best. It has a modern fully equipped kitchen that includes microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, mini grill. The dining zone softly connects in a spacious living room with a 55' LED TV, surround sound, DVD player and a comfortable sofa-bed to relax in a perfect atmosphere. The Master bedroom has King size bed with Tempurpedic mattress, private full bathroom with Jacuzzi, 37” flat screen TV/DVD player. Secondary bedroom has King size bed with 24” flat screen TV and full size bathroom. The laundry is conveniently located in the building.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guest will have full free access to amenities such as: Secure Wireless Internet, Cable HD TV, Central A/C, private Parking space, private Pool and Beach access. The building has a great central location that allows you to be within walking distance to the island’s shopping centers, Marina, Village Green Park,and, most important, to the relaxing private white sandy beach and crystal clear calm water. Also, the vicinity of the Ritz Carlton makes it easy to have a great lunch/dinner experience.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
We will be available either in person or by phone in case any issues need to be resolved.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Key Biscayne it’s a peaceful and exclusive island, with no crime and very close to the Greater Miami. Its Rickenbacker causeway ($1.75 toll when you go toward the island) brings you within minutes to Brickell and Downtown, usually takes 20 minutes to get to Miami International Airport, Coconut Grove and South Beach. Places as the Miami Sea Aquarium, two Florida State Parks, the ATP Sony Ericsson Tennis Stadium and the 18 holes Golf Course, are just some of the many attractions surrounding the neighborhood.
GETTING AROUND:
Public transportation serves well the island, with a $2.00 fare the Bus connects with all major stations and train in 25 minutes.Rental Car companies and Taxis are also available around the Village of Key Biscayne.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Fresh Linens and Towels with Toiletry will be provided upon arrival. Daily cleaning services are available at Extra charge. Hair Dryer,Iron and Iron board are also included in the apartment. Minimum age requirement for check-in must be at least 21 years old.

Wir hatten uns mehr von der Unterkunft versprochen, die Bilder sind wohl schon von längerer Zeit gemacht worden. Es war alles vorhanden, die Lage der Wohnung ist ruhig, der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Heidi funktionierte perfekt. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Insgesamt war alles sauber.
Die Wohnanlage ist jedoch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Wohnung war schon etwas abgewohnt.

A nice stay
The owner was very nice and very hospitable. She met us at the apartment and gave us a thorough tour of the condo. Also the bottle of wine was a very nice gesture. I love how she provided everything you could possibly need for the beach and items for making your own meals . A big plus was the private entrance to the beach . It was never overcrowded and my family really enjoyed the privacy. The only downside was that if you wanted to experience any of the city life you have to drive 20 minutes just to get off of the island . But other than that the location is ideal.

A roomy, well located condo.
We were 2 couples who spent 4 nights here and really enjoyed ourselves. The unit is very clean and well stocked. Heydi has provided everything that you could want or need; in the kitchen, for comfort, for the beach, you name it. We were missing nothing. It is walking distance to a perfect private beach, shopping and restaurants. We rented a golf cart to get around and it was all that we needed. If we left the town of Key Biscayne to visit the east end of the island, the #102 bus stops right at the corner and runs regularly. It can also be taken into Miami. Heydi is a doll and very helpful on arrival and is immediately available should any problems arise. None did. If we get to go back to Key Biscayne, we will definitely try to book this unit.

Very Nice
Property is well located, next to the Ritz Carleton, where we attended a business meeting. Heydi and Manuel were very accomodating. The unit, while older, was updated with new kitchen and bathrooms. Nice, big TV.
Its a great alternative to the Ritz and their beach is right next door.

Well stocked home in paradise
To start, we had to request a check in time of 1AM and the owners were very accommodating, they were extremely thorough while giving us the complete rundown of the entire property, where everything was, and points of interest for the island. The building LOOKS older, but the unit itself has been re-done and was spotless and clean, neighbors were mostly quiet and respectful, the air conditioning is AWESOME. Perfect location in relation to the Ritz Carlton, and all its restaurants, as well as other amazing restaurants, grocery stores and attractions on the island. The owners were very responsive to any text messages, and they checkd to make sure everything was going well.
We were surprised at how EXTREMELY WELL STOCKED the condo was in reference to massive amounts of towels, paper towels, TP, soap, cleaning supplies etc. well done!
This unit is the perfect "home away from home" while on vacation (for those that truly arnt into the whole "big resort" thing)

Right where we wanted to be!
Heydi met me at the check-in time and was very thorough with all of her information. The condo was just as described, it was clean and quiet. The kitchen was put to great use each day and we were able to walk to the grocery store about 1 block away. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beaches and restaurants nearby. It was a great week relaxing on Key Biscayne.

Just the Right Location
This nice apartment was in the perfect location, 2 blocks from the grocery store and drug store, within walking distance to Bill Baggs State Park, 2 blocks from the beach, a huge park in the middle of town, and within walking distance to many, many restaurants. The owners were very nice and responded to our questions/need immediately. The kitchen and bathrooms were very nice; there was ample closet and storage space, and we had no trouble finding availability of the laundry facilities downstairs. The apartment was very clean, and the bath towels were plentiful and luxurious. It was a quiet building; sometimes we thought we were the only ones living there. Great sunset views from the living room window, great TV with On Demand free movies. The elevator was out of service the first few days, but we didn't mind the short climb to the third floor; then we didn't feel so guilty about going out for frozen yogurt for a treat !

Just as shown in photos
Very nice place. Owner was a pleasure to deal with, checking in with me during our short 2 day stay, and blocked off my reserved parking space to make sure nobody took it. They also left us a welcome bottle of wine, which was a nice touch.
Amenities were very nice, towels were plentiful, TV's worked great.
Overall very happy with the accommodations.

Great value, Wonderful service
Well-located condo within walking distance of the beach, great shopping and restaurants. A few minutes more to the tennis centers (KBTA and Crandon Park) but easily managed. Vintage building but fully amenitized condo itself. Manager is very responsive and accommodating. Felt safe staying there with our tennis player and it was quiet each evening for her respite... if we could have stayed longer we would have been able to enjoy more of the good location so next time! Good value for the space and service.

Solid Value, Great Service
We spent 5 nights in the condo with our 6 month old daughter, who slept in the 2nd BR. The location on the island is good. It's a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the state parks. You can walk to many restaurants. It's a very quiet, relaxing place, really enjoyed the island. The owners were really great. Very responsive to questions, great suggestions for things to do, and when we thought we were locked out of the pool, even offered to use theirs! Really top notch. The building itself is old and not ADA compliant, but there is an elevator to get your luggage up to the 3rd floor. The owners have done a nice job updating the condo and it was spotless. It was well equipped with WiFi and cable TV in 2 rooms (maybe the 2nd BR too). There were plenty of clean towels and basic necessities like trash bags. All the important details were covered. Would definitely return there.

Well located. Building is "vintage", but has the expected amenities and the apartment/condo has been updated and well equipped and maintained. Glad I chose to stay there - a real value.
