1 1/2 bath, apartment has private access to the beach situated only half a block from the property. Located in a quaint Caribbean style building with private parking, pool and barbecue . This unit is, fully furnished with a well equipped kitchen, living room with 40' flat screen TV , there is also a TV in the bedroom, a soround system stereo, DVD and CD player. Dining room sitting for 6. All done in neutral colors. Beautifully decorated with valuable art . Renters will benefit from the convenience of a washer/dryer within building. Enjoy the ocean breeze and views of charming palm tree lined streets . Take a short walk to the city center square and choose from a variety of restaurants, shops and recreational areas. This unit is available for weekly or monthly rentals. Key Biscayne is a Tropical Island Paradise just six miles off the coast of Miami, Florida, in a world-class resort community and premier vacation destination. Home of Crandon Park and some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The Island offers a family friendly environment with a variety of things to do.

Good place to stay in Key Biscayne

Very convenient to shops, restaurants and beach. Still a little bit of a hike to get to the beach but was nice to be able to eat at the Ritz. The place was very clean and had everything we needed.

Temporary Housing

Very nice owner. Well appointed apartment, everything is provided in the kitchen, clean bedding, lots of towels. Pool was warm, and rarely used by others.

Perfect winter escape!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The condo was clean, had everything you could need & then some, and was very close to beach & shopping/restaurants. Host was incredibly attentive to us, answering any questions immediately. We most appreciated the beach chairs and cart making our walk to the beach very convenient. Great stay!

Great location

Close to everything needed, beach, grocery store, restaurants and parks. Easy to bike or walk everywhere. Beach chairs and umbrella provided, which was nice. Very nice community center with gym with very reasonable rates.

Simply charming

Wonderful property, easy beach access. Host pays close attention to details. Walking distance from local grocer, incredibly dining options, a beautiful state park and beaches. Easy drive to Miami and all its attractions!

Wonderful vacation

We spent 3 wonderful weeks in this apartment. Location and facilities of the apartment are excellent. The communication with the very friendly landlady was great. She was always available to contact, answered inquiries immediately and was on site quickly if necessary. We felt very comfortable during this time. We want to come back!

Would definitely book again. Great location , close to shops and the beach

Everything needed was at the apt. About a 5 min walk to Winn Dixie and other shops. Great beach access- apt had beach chairs, cooler and umbrella to use at the Beach. Small pool out back and your own parking space. Ely was good in communicating everything. Would definitely book again next time vacationing in Miami (about 20 min car rides away)

Cute & close to everything!

Apartment is tucked away nicely in a neighborhood about .4 miles from the beach. It is an easy walk and the beach was accessible and not crowded. Close to shops, grocery store, CVS, parks, and local restaurants. We were comfortable for our weeklong stay and had everything we needed. A bonus was the nice shower! If you want to visit Miami it is a short drive with a lot of options for public parking and exploring different neighborhoods. We will definitely be back. Thank you Ely for sharing your lovely home with us!

Beautiful Key Biscayne.

Great little apartment in a nice complex. 5-10 min walk from the beach. Kitchen well stocked. Served well for our home base. Reasonably priced. Pictures are reflective. We didn’t know much about Miami when we booked. Figured it would be a bit quieter and low-key place. Very true. Great little community. Nice beach.

Sey Biscayne star

The unit was clean and centrally located. The host was attentive and communicated with us to assure that all went well checking in and offering local information. There is a lot of stuff in the unit and I would not recommend it for young children staying or visiting. I personally did not find the chairs or sofa comfortable but my wife did. I object to an added cost for damage insurance or giving a cash deposit.

Great location - too much stuff

The location of the unit is perfectly situated; 5 minute walk to grocery store and several restaurants. The hostess was unusually persistent in calls ahead of the stay and two calls while there, one trying to pressure us into paying for a cleaning halfway through our 1 month stay. We work remotely and value our privacy so declined. THEN 3 days after we checked out she texts to essentially say we took the Brita water filter. I was/am furious. I remember filling it putting it in the refrigerator! Anyway, the whole hostess experience was a bummer. The place is cute but as others have mentioned it has so many decorations on every surface and furniture too large for the space that it feels crowded. Wi-Fi was spot on with both of us working. The pool was lovely but the whole pool area is locked up at dark 6 pm. Anyway, key Biscayne is magical with the parks and beach and Miami and easy drive.If you can deal with a crazy hostess, it's a great spot!

Cozy, clean, and 7 minute walk to the beach

Ely was delightful to work with, answering questions about the property and then staying in touch once we settled ourselves. There are many amenities; the kitchen is fully equipped. Has both espresso maker and a Mr Coffee coffee maker. We were able to buy charcoal at the nearby Winn Dixie and grill our dinners on the outdoor grills that are available. There is a laundry room onsite but you need to have $5 bills to charge up the washing machine card (that you can find in the property). There is a pool but it gets locked early at night (supposedly open "dawn to dusk" but the hours are much shorter in practice). An electronic fob will get you into a gated beach entrance that has a nice rinse-off station. The property includes beach chairs that you can take to the beach, as well as beach towels. Overall a wonderful experience.

Mixed Feelings

I have mixed feelings about this stay. The property was clean and there were plenty of clean towels for us to make it through the week. There were also lots of extras in the kitchen and cleaning products, as well as things for the beach. The apartment is somewhat cluttered with a lot of furniture and it's difficult to have room to store anything or move around a lot. Communication was difficult and the location of the apartment wasn't very clear or easy to find when we arrived. The walk to the beach is long and it wasn't ideal if we wanted to take anything with us. The walls are very thin and the upstairs neighbors woke us up just by walking around and showering. There was laundry on property, but it was expensive and difficult to use (you had to have a laundry card, and the cards were expensive and it was very confusing how to obtain and use them). Overall, the stay was okay. I would probably choose something else next time.

DOES NOT sleep 3 people

Property profile says “sleeps 3”. Apparently, they think the one bedroom will accommodate both a queen bed AND a twin. No way! First, there is no twin bed. And second, there would be no room for it anyway. Maybe some of the tight fitting furniture in the place could be shifted around to accommodate an air mattress, but it would be awkward. Property itself is kind of seedy. Poorly cleaned tile floors in bathroom. Toilet paper holder and towel rack that fell off the wall several times. Lots of glass knickknacks. The place was serviceable for my husband and myself, but that’s about it. I would not stay there again despite the convenient location.

Quite sleepy beach town near Miami

Let's start with the Pros: having powder room and full bath makes it easier to get ready when traveling with 2 women, walkable location near beach, village shops and restaurants, quite neighborhood felt safe, free transportation on the island using golf carts with app Freebee, easy access to rideshare Uber & Lyft to Miami, however a parking space available if you arrive by car. Moving on to the Cons: Owner has to approve your reservation - not noting my time zone difference she called at 6:30am PST leaving messages to call her back ASAP to chat about my request. When I returned her call 2 hours later, she was irritated about the delay even when I explained my time zone difference of 3 hours behind EST. Cumbersome entry procedure - having to call the owner when arriving even though door lock opens with code- no texting option available. Front building door always unlocked - anyone can enter and walk through condo building, no information book/binder for guests to acquaint yourself with the condo or nearby neighborhood, instead the owner called several times during our stay to tell us about things - I'm on vacation and I prefer to be left alone and don't need the extra phone calls (almost daily) to tell me about the nearby restaurants she prefers or directions to the beach, etc., lots of tchotchkes on every surface that we had to declutter in order to use surface tops, also kitchen cabinets were stuffed with items and there was no place to put our groceries outside the fridge. When we did contact the owner as we were not provided with enough toilet paper and paper towels for 4 night stay, we were told that no extras were to be provided because prior guests often take the extras. Hence, we had to run out and had to go buy more paper supplies -- This should not have happened! The property location is great, but the owner doesn't understand that not everyone needs to much contact during a vacation. I prefer low key people, uncluttered spaces and enough paper products when traveling and can't recommend this property.
