Sobre esta propriedade
Brigantine Beach - 1BR/1BA - Oceanfront property!
Enjoy the beautiful and spacious beachfront at the Brigantine Beach Inn. This is a great time of the year to enjoy the oceanfront and arguably one of the better beaches on the Jersey Shore.
The property is dog friendly (with additional Pet cleaning fee).
THE SPACE
The expansive and clean beachfront in family friendly Brigantine is one of New Jersey's best kept secrets. For those that want to visit the boardwalk this is also within driving distance to the boardwalks at Atlantic City and Ocean City.
This 1BR Suite sleeps up to 4 guests. The spacious, residence-style layout includes a master bedroom with a Queen bed and Living room with a Queen sleeper sofa. This unit also has a Full kitchen with full sized Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffeemaker, Toaster, Cookware, Dinnerware and flatware for four.
LaScala's Beach House is also onsite and has good food and beverage options set in a Caribbean theme, along with live music performances during the week. There are many outdoor seating and lounging areas around the Bar area as well as additional outdoor seating on the large common Patio outside the main Building entrance. This makes for many relaxing outdoor spots for enjoy a coffee in the morning and a beverage of choice in the evenings. There is also a large Indoor Pool and Game Room.
Brigantine New Jersey has a year-round population just above 9,000 people – that may not be tiny, but it’s small enough to create a real sense of local community on the island. Even during the summer when the population more than triples for several months, the island is not nearly as touristy as other cities on the Jersey shore.
UNITS / PHOTOS
Please note that this listing includes multiple weeks available. The photos reflect the interiors of several different units you might be assigned, depending on which specific week you book. However, these units all have the same basic floorplan, with the general decor and layout reflected in the photos. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
CITY / RESORT / OCEAN VIEW CATEGORY:
This Resort Hotel itself is Beachfront, located directly on a wide and beautiful beach, and the Beach is only steps away from the building.
Most units provide either City views of the Town of Brigantine, partial Ocean Views, or just views of the Resort property from the windows (if staying on lower floors). Your specific view cannot be guaranteed.
STAIRS / ACCESSIBILITY:
There are some stairs to enter and exit the Main entrance to the building, but the building has elevators to reach all the higher floors. If you are unable to do any stairs you can enter the back entrance to the building at the ground level (on 15th Street) and take the elevator from there.
BUILDING / UNIT INTERIORS:
This property was originally constructed in 1927. According to local lore the Inn was frequented by Al Jolson and Al Capone and various other mob bosses and figures that preferred this location over Atlantic City.
Over the years ownership was transferred to various entities, and today the Brigantine Inn is run by Legacy Vacation Club Resorts, who have tried to retain the essence and some of the design elements found in the original construction.
While you will find most unit interiors are clean and comfortable, they are a bit plain and a little dated. These units definitely have more of a rustic feel with older furnishings, comfortable but not luxurious. I'm not saying that to be negative, I'm just trying to help level set realistic expectations about what to expect. Having said that we enjoy our visits here, and this doesn't detract from our personal experience because the location and beach can't be beat. Hopefully the photos provided give you a general understanding for what I am describing.
The benefits offered by staying at this resort are...
1. The fantastic beach in front of the property, only a short walk from your unit. You will not find the beach here as crowded as other locations on the Jersey Shore, which makes this a great location for a beach vacation.
2. Overall amenities (indoor pool, along with onsite LaScala's Beach House (open seasonally) where you can enjoy a beverage, meal, and live music sitting beachfront, etc,.)
3. The price. This is a very economical way to enjoy staying at an oceanfront property in New Jersey during a prime summer week, offering you more size and features (including a Full Kitchen) than a traditional hotel room elsewhere.
Many families enjoy their annual vacations at this property, however if you are a traveler that requires luxury accommodations, this may not be the right choice for you. If you have any specific questions on this please don't hesitate to ask.
GUEST ACCESS
This is a Resort Hotel property, so your unit will be private, but Amenities (Pools, Sun Deck, Beach, Game Room, etc) will be shared with other guests.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- Primary Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit of up to $100. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this minimum age requirement for the primary Guest who will be checking in. Your security deposit will be returned to you after Check Out if you have not made any charges to your room.
- Brigantine Beach Inn is professionally managed and operated by Legacy Vacation Resorts. The Front Desk is staffed 24/7 for Check-In, Check-Out, and is available for any questions, issues, or need for assistance. They are there to help so please don’t hesitate to contact them during your stay.
- One FREE parking pass is included with this unit. If you need a parking pass for an additional vehicle you can arrange this directly with the Front Desk for an additional fee (depending on availability).
- Bedding linens, blankets, pillows are provided, as are bath towels. If you need additional items or want fresh bedding linens or towels during your stay, please contact the Front Desk. Although bedding linens, blankets, and pillows are provided, you may want to bring some of your own if you have a favorite pillow or blanket.
- If you plan on using the Sleeper sofa during your stay, I do personally recommend (if possible) bringing sheets, blankets, pillows, maybe even a mattress pad for the Sleeper sofa specifically, which can be turned into a very comfortable extra bed.
- Utensils, Dishes, and some basic Pots and Pans are provided. If something appears to be missing, you can contact the Front Desk and possibly get it dropped off (if they have it). However, if you plan on cooking a lot of meals inside your unit, or plan any special dishes, I do recommend bringing your favorite Large Frying pan (or Large Sauté Pan, Wok, Crockpot, etc, etc) for cooking. This way you will have something you are comfortable using and you will know exactly how things will cook in it. You may also want to bring your favorite Kitchen knife(s) for food prep.
- Pool towels are provided for free, and they can be exchanged for fresh ones on an unlimited basis.
- If your family owns and likes larger Beach towels, I recommend bringing them, along with any other Beach Blankets / Chairs / Umbrellas / Equipment you want at the beach. If you don’t bring your own beach chairs, umbrellas, equipment, etc you can rent the equipment in the area.
- Pet (Smaller Dog) Friendly: You can bring your dog for an extra Pet fee of $150-$250 per week. This additional fee would be paid directly at the Front Desk during Check In / Check Out. This fee is not paid to the Owner or VRBO. You can call the Front Desk directly and discuss any questions about charges or conditions.
-The resort is not able to accommodate large pets, but the Front Desk may be able to assist you in locating pet accommodations locally.
- There is no daily housekeeping provided. However complimentary towel exchange is provided for free and there are Washers and Dryers available at onsite Laundry facilities. If additional housekeeping is desired during your stay it is available for an additional fee scheduled directly with the resort Front Desk.
-All units at Legacy Vacation Resorts Brigantine Beach are smoke-free. A recovery fee may be charged for guests who do not comply in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.
- Legacy Vacation Club does not offer accessible units.
- Recreational vehicles are not permitted to park on the resort property.
The property is dog friendly (with additional Pet cleaning fee).
