Beach,beach,beach!!! What can I say, if you love the beach, then you will love our little paradise near the sand. Close enough to the beach without the high price rents of beachfront units. We invite you to stay at this quaint peaceful place in the sun. It features a full kitchen, an upper deck perfect for that morning cup of coffee or just step right out your door and sit on your own front porch and enjoy an evening cocktail, with comforts such as a kitchen with a stove top, micro, and full size fridge, not to mention your own dishwasher, wifi, cable, two T.V.'s and DVD player. An outdoor shower and free off street parking. Located less than a block from the beach allows you a home base for your day in the sun. You are never to far away to return for lunch or take a nap before you head back to one of the best beach fronts on the island. Our home is located within walking distance to many of the most popular restaurants and attractions. Beach badges included.

Amazing location

We had a fantastic time using this condo - you can't beat the location, loved the beach at Pearl Street. Even though the kitchen/ living room isn't big, we were outside almost the whole time- enjoyed sitting on the deck a lot, and the neighbors were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, perfectly located by beach, and comfy condo!

Our unit was just the perfect place for two adults and a baby. Literally a "stone's throw away" from the beach. Very clean, great porch, very quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend this condo!

Perfect spot!

My boyfriend and I stayed in August. The location canā€™t be beat. The place was very clean. Everything is in walking distance. The hosts were always available & communication was great. The only thing Iā€™ll remember for next time is to bring a hair dryer.

Truly a stones throw to the beach

Had a lovely weekend staying at this adorable condo right near the beach! It was our first time actually staying on LBI (we always just do day stays) and it was great. The condo was the perfect size for my boyfriend and I and enjoyed even making a meal in the stocked kitchen. We will be returning for sure! :)

End of summer with the family

What a great place to stay! Super clean and super close to the beach. Easy check in/out process and the owners would get back to me right away. The only problems were related to COVID-19 as we couldnā€™t use the outdoor shower or laundry room. Pullout couch wasnā€™t so comfy but what pullout couches are?! We would definitely stay again if we return to Beach Haven! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Gem at the beach

We had a wonderful time. Very clean and decorated so nice. Didnā€™t have to cross the street to get to the beach. Ali texted us to let us know we can get in early and left us a gift. We parked the car and didnā€™t move it. Walking distance to the best restaurants and shops. Our new favorite place to stay in beach haven. Canā€™t wait to come back. Thanks so much!!

An enjoyable property for visiting Long Beach Island

We enjoyed our stay in this property. It was as described in the listing and equal to the good quality places we have experienced renting properties on LBI over the last 20+ years. The best feature is its location - half a block from the beach. It is also very conveniently located near central Beach Haven. The apartment itself was clean and well maintained with the exception of a ceiling fan in the living room. As far as we could tell no action was taken to correct this problem during the 4 days we were there. I would recommend this property to others.

Sweet condo, Perfect location, Wonderful owner

My husband and I had a terrific weekend getaway staying in this condo. The one bedroom, one bath unit was perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the world go by as much as walking back and forth to the beach. It was close enough to not mind taking bathroom breaks as needed or running back for something forgotten. The intimate size of the entire condo building made it cozy, it was beautifully maintained. The interior was lovely. I wish my kitchen were as nice (although we didn't do any cooking). We could walk to many good places: Pearl Street Market, Bagel Express, Uncle Will's Pancake House (our fave), and even to the amusement park and Crust & Crumb bakery (my other favorite). A thoroughly enjoyable experience. Our only suggestion is that the owner consider replacing the bed, it's starting to sag, as will happen. Hope to enjoy it again someday!

Great location and very close to the beach

Modern and clean 1 bedroom condo. Small but accommodated us well with 2 adults and 2 toddlers. Less than a minute walk to the beach and within walking distance to many nice restaurants and stores. Nice outdoor shower and hose. Be sure to bring your own shampoo and soap as we didnā€™t realize these werenā€™t provided.

We are a family of 4 from Brooklyn. We wanted to vacation at the beach but did not want to get on a plane. We found LBI about 9 years ago and fell in love. We have been coming every year since. Then we were lucky enough to purchase this little piece of paradise and are so happy we can share with you.

WE WERE VACATIONNG HERE FOR FOUR YEARS. ALWAYS RETURNING TO THIS SAME PLACE. WE FELL IN LOVE WITH IT. IT IS QUIET AND PEACEFUL HERE. PAT AND TOM, THE OWNERS OF THE BUILDING, ARE SO FRIENDLY. THEY TREAT US LIKE FAMILY..SO, WHEN THEY TOLD US THEY WERE SELLING SOME UNITS WE JUMPED AT THE CHANCE. UNFORTUNATELY WE DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO SPEND EVERY WEEKEND HERE SO WE DECIDED TO SHARE OUR OASIS IN THE SUN WITH YOU!

WE LOVE THAT IT IS SO CLOSE TO EVERYTHING, ESPECIALLY THE BEACH. WE LIKE AVOIDING LONG LINES AT BREAKFAST AND LUNCH TIME BY BUYING SOME FOOD AND PREPARING IT IN OUR KITCHEN, WHY WASTE TIME ON A BEAUTIFUL DAY WAITING IN LINE WHEN YOU CAN BE IN THE SURF.
