Beautifully renovated first-floor condo featuring three bedrooms and two baths. Two bedrooms have queen beds; one bedroom has two twin beds. Very close to the beach and town shops. Can accommodate up to 6ppl. Off street parking for two cars. YouTubeTV in main room, air-conditioning, grill, outdoor shower, ceiling fans throughout, washer/dryer, all kitchen appliances including Keurig machine, up to 6 beach passes provided (children under 11 do not require beach tags). Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the front porch or backyard and take in the ocean air. Short three-minute walk to the beach! Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and arcades of Brigantine. Atlantic City is a short drive or cab ride away!

This condo and neighborhood is very family friendly. Please review the age requirements - this condo is not available to groups looking for post-Prom or high school graduation celebrations.

Early check-in/Late check-out available November through May 15. Enjoy your time in Atlantic City and don't worry about checking out early!.

We had an amazing time staying here! It was perfect for our friend/family getaway with adults and kids. It was an easy walk to the beach and the backyard area was perfect for relaxing in the mornings and at night. The place was very clean. We will definitely be back!

Excellent stay

A short walk to the beach. The property is very clean and well maintained. Mike responses quickly to any questions/concerns we have. Will definitely stay there again.

Great Location

This was our first time in Brigantine and we loved the town. The house was exactly as presented in the post and was perfect for what we needed for the weekend. It was very clean and is convenient to the beach. Enjoyed our time there.

We just had a fantastic week in Brigantine! The property was perfect for our family and Mike was a gracious host. The property came equipped with everything that we needed for the week and the backyard was fabulous! Mike answered all of our questions in a very timely manner and was very kind!

Quite neighborhood

Mike and his wife were great hosts and very quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was clean and nicely updated and within a short walking distance to the beach and shopping. Overall we had a great time.

Everything we needed!

My friend and I stayed here for a weekend and we both loved the house! The furniture was comfortable, the house was very clean and updated and it was the best stocked kitchen that I've ever had in a rental!

Perfect place to stay!

My husband and I really enjoyed our short stay in Brigantine. The place was clean and in a great location. Mike, the owner, was very easy to communicate with and easy going. We are looking forward to coming back and enjoying the backyard and close proximity to the beach when the weather gets warmer.

Excellent property/would stay again

The property description and reviews for this listing were 100% accurate and we are so pleased to have decided to stay here. Check in was made easy by the owner and the unit was clean and fresh when we arrived. Nothing was lacking here! Mike was super welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Great weekend get a way!

Great Place! Prefect location!

The house was clean, and very comfortable. Plenty of space and light. The backyard was amazing. Prefect for eating and enjoying time with the family. Three year old grandson thought the front porch was pretty cool too. Easy short walk to the beach. Mike, the owner, was the best host. He was friendly, available, and made sure our trip was prefect!

The Perfect Beach Getaway

Our stay was a beach weekend getaway for a bachelorette party and our first time staying in Brigantine. The house was immaculate and very accommodating for all our needs. The location was in walking distance to the beach, Yianni's (great breakfast), and Laguna rum bar and restaurant. The backyard bar with tv/music hookup was perfect for our own private dining area and entertainment. Plenty of space and Mike and his wife were absolutely wonderful hosts. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect and laid back getaway. Highly recommend this VRBO rental. Thanks again!!!

Excellent stay!

The house was beautiful and very clean with an awesome outdoor space that basically doubled the living space. The house was a short walk to the beach and Wawa convenience store. Mike was an excellent and accommodating host who made sure we had everything we needed to have a wonderful week.

Comfortable beach block home

My family had a wonderful stay in this Brigantine house. Check-in was easy, and house was extremely clean when we arrived. Short walk to nice section of beach. The best part for me was the backyard, perfect for enjoying in the evening. The owners were in the upstairs unit during our stay and were great hosts. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great place to stay in Brigantine!

If you're looking for a 3-bedroom option in brigantine, look no further. The listing was modern and clean, and the open layout gave us a great place to hang out when we weren't at the beach. It has a huge backyard (outdoor shower!), with a grill and an incredible bar/outdoor space that we used throughout our stay. It's a short walk to the beach and a number of shops and restaurants on Brigantine Ave. Mike and Yvette are wonderful hosts and were some of the most responsive landlords we've ever had the pleasure of staying with.

We own both units in this house (top unit is never rented, so you won't be sharing with other vacationers) and absolutely love it, and the town and beaches of Brigantine. We hope you will come and enjoy all the town has to offer. Top unit is never rented.
