Next to the large pool, surrounded by greenery, are a Jacuzzi and fitness area. In the well-kept garden: children's play area, soccer field, bocce court, table soccer. The property extends over more than one hectare and is completely fenced, therefore perfect for four-legged friends. In less than half an hour you can reach the most beautiful cities of Umbria such as Todi, Spoleto and Orvieto. Other places for day trips: Terni 25 km, Perugia 60 km, Rome 100 km. The house is divided into six apartments, located between first floor and first floor, all with living room with kitchenette. All windows and doors are equipped with mosquito nets, covered parking on the property. On the first floor there are three apartments with independent entrance. APT1: spacious kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom, one toilet. APT2 and APT3: living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. Two staircases lead to three apartments on the second floor. APT4: living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. APT5 and APT6 internally connected by a bedroom, each with its own entrance: Living room with kitchenette, sofa bed, two bedrooms with double bed and bathroom with shower. 100 meters from the house is a modern paddle court (for a fee).
