1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. This property requires a 7-night minimum rental from Saturday to Saturday during the summer months, ensuring ample time to fully embrace the beauty and serenity of Gulf Shores.
