The Space:

Coastal fun and beach adventures are just waiting to be had at this wonderful home away from home, so pack up the whole gang and indulge in that long-awaited family vacation to Gulf Shores! Boasting bright blue accents, fun nautical decor, and an open layout, there will be no delay in slipping into vacation mode. Step out to the private balcony and you will be able to soak up the salty air as you look out to the shared pool with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine in hand. If you need to cool off, take a dip in the refreshing water right below home base or access Little Lagoon just steps away. The fully equipped cook's kitchen will be the hub for cooking meals, mixing drinks, or family-favorite recipes as the group kicks back on the plush sofas for a movie, puzzle, or game night. Games on sight!



The bunk room is stocked with books and has a TV for movie time. Each end of the hallway features a full bath and a bedroom boasting a king bed.



Near the heart of Gulf Shores, you and your guests can be out on the sand or exploring the various shops and restaurants. Gulf Shores Public Beach can be the hub for everything from a day of tanning to the kiddos building sandcastles. Explore beautiful Little Lagoon via walking trails for fishing or boating. For a day of family fun away from the sand, don't hesitate to check out Waterville USA/Escape House or Gulf State Park!

Home was just as described. Easy access to pool, fishing in the pier, lagoon swimming and Gulf beach. Our family reunion was a huge success! Kids and adults were comfortable and happy.

Gorgeous views☀️

BEAUTIFUL views and condo. This was a quick stay for our family during a volleyball tournament in Foley, and it was perfect. Highly recommend this condo. We had everything we needed and more! We will be staying again soon!

Excellent Stay - planning for 2022 trip

Experience was excellent. The accommodations were perfect, clean with no exceptions noted. We are already wanting this same condo for next year.

Overall, we enjoyed staying at this property. It was plenty spacious for the group of 12 we had, although there was no bedding for the sofa bed and multiple requests to the host via messages and phone did not change that. So, bring bedding if you need the sofa bed in the living room. For the most part the property was in good shape, but the commode seat in the king room my husband and I were in was broken and had a tendency to pinch when you sat down. I reported this issue so hopefully they take care of it sooner rather than later. The pull out for the kitchen trash was hard to open and drooped, but we managed that OK. Also, my husband has some physical disabilities, so the number of steps was hard for him to manage as there is a flight of stairs with 19 steps from the ground to the main level where the living room/kitchen is and another 18 steps from the main level to the bedrooms. While expected, be aware if anyone in your group has trouble with stairs. I did get quite a workout from all the stairs during our stay however, so it's not all bad. :) The walk to the closest beach access point was about 2/10 of a mile, so a walk in the heat, but not too bad. The pool was nice, but stayed pretty crowded while we were there.

First timers but we’ll be back!

We had such an amazing time. No one wanted to leave. The house was clean, love the decor, the kitchen was perfect for us. We’re already planning a trip back.

This was advertised as sleeps 12...... The kitchen had a TOTAL of 8 forks. Not 8 large and 8 small... So you have to take turns eating... There also was maybe 6 coffee cups, not one single cookie sheet, no 9*11 or 9*13 pan. You can cook ALMOST NOTHING here. IF you did want to cook, there is also no mixing bowl. The largest bowl in the home is a cereal bowl. The largest skillet in the home holds about 3 sausage patties, so it will also take you a century to cook breakfast. There is no point in the kitchen being there unless they advertised you need to move in your kitchen to use it. I called twice for supplies and none were provided. This is by FAR the worst stocked VRBO property I have ever stayed in.

The location was immaculate upon arrival. The host was very responsive. Unfortunately, there was a group of people in a neighboring house that was very loud into at all hours. This is obviously beyond the control of vacasa, but worth mentioning for anyone preferring a quiet stay.

Great Experience!

This was a great stay for our family. Clean, safe, easy to access. Only issue was the pool wasn’t clean and was closed for half a day. Also needed more towels available. Highly recommend!

The house was great.

The only problem was the dishwasher was broken and after reporting it, it was never fixed during our stay. It took alittle time to hand wash dishes for a family of 12

Long Weekend Birthday Getaway

The property was beautiful and very clean. We all really enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again. There was only one issue, the toilet overflowed on the last night. We called it in and was advised that they were sending someone over but when we returned it didn’t look like anyone had come, as things were still as we had left them. Of course, we refrained from using that bathroom. Other than that, the place was great and very well stocked.

Perfect Property

This condo is excellent. Very clean and well appointed. Main floor is all kitchen and living space with a bathroom and laundry. Upstairs has all four bedrooms with plenty of sleeping space. The best part of the place is the balcony overlooking the pool area. We ate every meal outside and you can easily watch your group in the pool from the balcony. The location is perfect as well. Less than a five minute walk to the beach in either direction. A few sand toys, umbrellas, chairs, and a wagon are available for use at the condo as well which was so handy. Lastly, the West Side Cottages complex is far enough west on 182/Beach Blvd that you feel removed enough from the busier traffic and congestion in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach but it's all still easily accessible. When you factor in location, cleanliness, size, and pool/beach access, there aren't many options in Gulf Shores that can offer a better total package than this property.

Beautiful New House

This home is beautfiul! We stayed in this home with two families and there was plenty room for all of us. It was very close to the beach and it was great having the pool right in our backyard. The pool is not headed so be prepared for cold water if you are not visiting in the hot season. There is a shed on this property that has a wagon, beach chairs, sand toys and corn hole boards and bags. Also had a Kayak in there along a couple small childrens life jackets and of course, the grill. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty to cook with. There was a couple dish towels too. The bathrooms all have towels and wash cloths. But, no blow dryers. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and all the beds are super comfortable. We would highly recommend this home for your next vacation! home there is not a blow dry in the bathrooms but, there is enough towels for everyone.
