Welcome to The Sandbox! Newly renovated and outlined with elegance in every detail, this 3-story oceanfront home is truly perfect for your next Hilton Head Island family getaway.

This home has an extremely open floor plan that allows an easy flow between the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room is well-appointed and spacious, and natural light fills every corner of the room through the large windows. There is plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to enjoy and a large flat-screen TV for your entertainment. In the kitchen, there is plenty of walkway and counterspace to allow multiple people to cook simultaneously without feeling crowded. Top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and fully stocked cabinetry, and 2 refrigerators ensure that meals at home are a breeze! There is seating for 10 at the formal dining table and an additional eight bar stools in the kitchen.

The first bedroom sits on the first floor and features a king-sized bed. There is a full bathroom, complete with a single vanity and walk-in shower, outside of this room. On the mezzanine level sits the second bedroom, which features a king-sized bed and a private bathroom, that has a double vanity along with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. On the second floor, the 3rd bedroom features an iron queen-sized bed and boasts stunning ocean views as well as a private balcony. The private ensuite bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The 4th bedroom acts as the primary suite and features a king-sized bed, oceanside seating, and stunning ocean views from the balcony. The primary bathroom has a double vanity, a makeup area, a walk-in shower, and a spa tub. The 5th bedroom has a king-sized bed and a private bathroom consisting of a double vanity, walk-in shower, and spa tub. The 6th bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds and a private bathroom complete with a shower or tub.

On the 3rd floor, you will find the remaining rooms, as well as more living space and a full kitchen! The 7th bedroom is large and features two queen-sized beds, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The bathroom has a double vanity along with a walk-in shower and spa tub. The 8th bedroom is open and has two twin-sized beds and two trundle beds, and it also doubles as another living room! Enjoy plenty of plush seating around the TV and fireplace, and enjoy your own private balcony while you soak up the ocean views. Along with a full second kitchen, there is also a washer and dryer on the third floor.

Outside, your oceanside oasis awaits! Unwind in the private pool and spa and listen to the waves crash in the near distance as you let rest and relaxation find you. There is plenty of outdoor seating, as well as pool loungers and two outdoor tables. Just a short walk over the dunes on the private boardwalk will take you to the sandy beaches. The Sandbox truly has it all!

I highly suggest this home and to book directly with Island Time. The location to the beach and the layout of the home were perfect for getaway. Family getaway

Overall, we enjoyed our experience. This was our first big family vacation, and this home offered a perfect location for both adults and kids. A couple of issues with the home were handled by the management company. These took away from our experience a bit but overall would recommend this home!

Amazing House

My family and I have been visiting HHI for over 40 years and this house has by far been the best house weā€™ve stayed in. The property manager was attentive and helpful. The house was clean and exactly as described. We will be booking again.

We have been vacationing on HHI for 20+ years. We now have 4 generations. This house provided everything we needed, beach access, roomy great room, and plenty of room for everyone. Loved It

The property is beautiful and it was clean. We were well situated and loved being at the end of the street. Originally, we were informed there was no elevator there. But, thankfully that was wrong info, which helped greatly as we loaded items in and out. The coffee maker killed over on the 2nd day, but everyone was rescued by a trip to Dunkin. We would gladly stay there again for our Executive Team meetings.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home and location were perfect for our family of 15. Everyone had their own bedrooms & bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked very well. Seating room for all 15 eating was great. Having the extra kitchen on 3rd floor provided snacks and an extra refrigerator for those using that space. The three refrigerators were wonderful along with 2 washers and dryers. Having a very nice pool with lots of seating and table along with such easy access for the beach provided a great deal of outdoor fun. All the balconies with nice chairs was a bonus. It would have been nice to have the elevator working for taking suitcases in/out, however an effort was made to fix it while we were there but it needed parts. Island Time Rentals were so easy to work with during the planning process. The were very responsive with phone calls and Brenda answered all our questions. We enjoyed the privacy of our location. Overall it could not have been a better family vacation. We have a lifetime of great memories!!

Great spot near Coligny

Overall a great long weekend at this home at the beach. The view and location were first rate, all the travelers really enjoyed it. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We cooked a few meals while the 9 of us were here, and the kitchen is big and roomy and lots of folks can work at the same time. Overall a great time. A few small things - the appliances are showing some age - the icemaker in the kitchen fridge doesn't work and the heating elements on the stove are slow. There are a few small signs of wear on carpets and furniture - and a little cleaning could go a long way - but those are small nitpicky things. Was a really fun time at a great location.

To have an oceanfront property with the amenities that this included at that price was, I think, a rare find. If I was critical of the house I'd say it could use a few things: felt a bit dated (minor wear and tear/dirty carpets/etc.); main floor needs another fridge; the balcony space of the main floor is small for such a large house; drainage around the pool needs fixed (all the sand from the where you rinse your sandy feet flows right onto the porch around the pool. All in all, I would stay here again and our family really liked the house.
