NOTE ADDITIONAL OWNER RULES:
No renter-owned frying equipment is permitted on the premises.
Diving or jumping into the pool is strictly prohibited, specifically from the wall featuring the mermaid decor.
All owner closets are equipped with cameras that notify the owner. Unauthorized access to these areas will result in the immediate termination of the stay.
Furniture must remain in its designated room and is not to be moved.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance payment due thirty days prior to arrival via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. ID Verification is required.
