This 7 bedroom, 7 bath home with a private heated* pool and spa is made for entertaining family and friends. The lower exterior has a well-appointed covered bar area, built-in gas grilling, plenty of comfortable seating, a wall-mounted TV, and a ping-pong table. You are welcomed by a wide-open floor plan concept that combines the kitchen, living room, and dining room. Plus, balconies off the 2nd and 3rd floors overlooking the pool bring together the outside and inside worlds beautifully.

Fantastic property! We would love to stay here again. It isn’t often that a property exceeds my expectations, but this one did. It was very family friendly with multiple areas to hang out in. Being so close to the beach was fantastic. Also, the rec space under the house right next to the pool was a great gathering place after the little ones went to bed.

Great location

Beautiful house. Tons of space. Great covered outdoor space. Beach access at the end of the driveway which allows a quick 60 second walk to the beach. We will definitely visit again!

Family Christmas

The house was wonderful. It was very spacious and matched the listing very well. As somebody who comes to Hilton Head frequently, I will definitely look to rent this property again. The location is perfect both within Palmetto dunes, and in terms of it’s proximity to the beach.

Vacation 2024

This house was a great house for our family of 10 adults and 5 kids under 6 years of age (2 of these kids were babies). There was plenty of room to hang out inside and outside this home. The pool was also perfect for our family and the walk to the beach was under 5 minutes.

Home Away From Home!

Great property. Our third year there and have already booked it again for 2019. Only steps from the beach; centrally located on the Island; and houses our extended family of 16 with ease. Shows a little wear and tear, but generally in very good shape and nicely equipped. We prepare and eat most meals onsite and never have a problem.

Large home for family gatherings

This was our third year in this home! We love the location, size of home, and proximity to the beach. The pool is a big hit with our little ones. The rooms are very spacious and the kitchen is well stocked. The home is showing the wear and tear of its years. There are a few easy fixes that would enhance the overall experience- kitchen faucet, slow drains, refrigerators drawers, and clearing the cut-through of obstacles over to the beach path.

Absolutely Perfect for a Large Group!!!

My husband and I, along with our best friends and all of our adult children and their significant others (14 adults), recently stayed for a week, and we had an absolutely fantastic time! The house was spacious, well maintained, and perfect for our large group. The house is located in a great spot, at the end of the cul-de-sac, 2nd row from the beach, and the beach access path runs right next to the house, so just a few short steps and you're enjoying the sun & sand. There was an abundance of common areas. We loved gathering in the living room, kitchen, and dining area for group activities such as cooking, eating, and playing games but it was equally as nice to have other spots to gather so it never felt like we were on top of each other. Big plus - the kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals and more dishes than you could ever use. I'd love to see an empty cabinet (or two) for food storage. One of the biggest highlights was the outdoor space. We loved the lounge area and bar but spent the majority of our time in the pool. Not only does the pool have bench seating along either side but is the perfect depth for groups to stand and socialize. I have to give the Vacation Company HUGE kudos in their response to a couple of minor issues during our stay, not only did they respond immediately but always followed up to ensure we were satisfied. Overall, 10 Brigantine exceeded our expectations and we look forward to returning in the future.

Nearly perfect for a week with extended family

We visited the week between Christmas and New Years, so not exactly prime beach weather. There were three generations of extended family, 17 people total from 2 to 80 years. The house fit us all. The location is fabulous, on a cul de sac with the beach access path right next to the house. The house came with four bikes, and the sand on the beach is naturally packed down to allow for easy riding for miles. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, drinkware and cookware. The double dishwashers allowed for another round of clean dishes at all times. We did have some challenges with the aging oven evenly heating food, but the convection mode helped. The grill outside is in need of an upgrade, but the hosts are aware, and may have replaced it before the next season. There is quite a difference between the massive suites upstairs and the bunk room on the main floor, so be sure you can fairly distribute your guests without jealously! But plenty of bathrooms and showers for all. The Vacation Company manages the property, and they were responsive to the few minor issues we had during our stay. My only complaint was that after paying rent on the property, we also had to pay additional for parking passes for each car. You’d think that at least the first few would be included in the rental. Overall, very happy, and we’d come back again.

Great Home, Very Spacious, Amazing Location!

A little bit of a bumpy start, but the property manager took care of everything within the first 24 hours. The location could not have been better and for 4 couples, it was perfect having a private king suite per couple. We would definitely consider again for another HH trip!

The Vacation Company made it very easy and convenient to rent this property. The house was beautiful and there was plenty of space for all of us. Our only disappointment was the pool and spa. It was not as appealing as it seemed in the listing. The gunite in pool needs to be cleaned and the filter needs to be replaced. It didn’t work properly. Other than that we enjoyed our stay as we were steps from the beach and the weather was beautiful.

Terrific Family Gathering

10 Brigantine exceeded our expectations on every level. Beautiful home, lovely setting, super convenient to a wide stretch of beach. Make sure you catch the sunrise! Palmetto Dunes is lovely, with a lot of activity for all, and just across from shops and restaurants at Shelter Cover. The home was very clean and well equipped for our multi-generational gathering.. We spent a lot of time on the beach, biking, swimming, relaxing - lots of outdoor/non-screen time for the kiddos. The backyard pool, ping pong table, bikes, sitting areas, TV and game systems meant we never heard "I'm bored!" Lots of areas for each family unit to have space and relax. The kitchen was large (2 dishwashers!) and well-equipped to easily prepare meals for our large crew. The Vacation Company and VayK rentals did a great job ensuring everything was clean, with rentals delivered on time. Plenty of bath towels, beach towels, starter sets of toiletries, and kitchen/laundry cleaning supplies. The home is as depicted in the pictures, and virtual tour. We're already planning our return trip. Overall, a great 5-star experience!

Great Memories

Many things needed to be fixed - upstairs air conditioning, leak in one bathroom falling down into the tiki bar, excessive water on the floor of the tiki bar, great difficulty getting TVs to work - even with two men staying there who are very skilled in that area. The property manager was very responsive but too many difficulties during the first few days. The house is lovely, however, and the pool area is a wonderful gathering place. The location is great - just a short walk to the beach. Great family house!

Awesome vacation rental

We were so glad we chose this property for a week’s vacation . The location was perfect. The pool was great and the house was ideal. The neighborhood is beautiful and perfect for walk and/or bike rides.

10 Brigantine - Aug. 3rd - Aug. 10th

Our stay at 10 Brigantine was awesome! The property was perfectly located close to the beach and the house met all our needs. There were some issues with drainage in one shower and the kitchen sink but all in all the property was beautiful. Hope to return!

Awesome vacation

The house is amazing. Full equipped kitchen any utensil you could possibly need, property mgmt responded immediately to minor issue with the door lock. Literally steps to the beach. Pool was great. We would do it again

Great house for a big group

The house is in a perfect location, and you literally walk out the driveway to your pathway to the beach. The downstairs kitchen, bar was excellent for dinners and entertaining. Kids loved the hot tub and pool. Rooms were large and decorated nicely. TV's and wifi was working as promised. The downside is that there wasn't a single hair dryer to be found in any of the bathrooms - would have been nice to know this ahead of time. Paid to heat the pool/hot tube but took the property manager two days to figure out that the settings on the equipment was still in winter mode causing the hot tub to drain completely when turned on. Also could use another set of utensils for larger groups. Finally, the cleaning company did little to clean under beds, couches or chairs. Found dirty toilet bases, food/candy wrappers, golf teas, and even clothes that were left by prior rentals. These are easy fixes that would enhance the overall rental experience. Overall I would recommend your property to larger groups that want the "on the water" feel without paying the price.

Almost Heaven

After spending a beautiful week at this lovely home we have decided to reserve it again for next year. We have been visiting HHI for 36 years as a group and have stayed all over the island and decided that this lovely home finally met all of our needs. Although some of the gals suggested that a few of the bedrooms needed more drawer space for clothing everything else was perfect. Very well equipped and beach towels a plus. Have never had this amenity before. Nice feature. Also closer to the beach than some of our beachfront homes. Two lower bedrooms on left of front door seemed warmer than others. Couldn't figure out? Maybe vents weren't all the way opened? Thanks so very much for such a lovely home and place to relax and catch up with our friends of more than 60 years. With 10 girlfriends we were able to spread out and enjoy the entire house. Ping pong table and lower level for a great cookout. Easy walk to the beach and even Coco's on the beach isn't so far. Pool is refreshing after a day at the beach. We loved everything,especially the 7 bedrooms and 7 1/2 baths plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. We've been everywhere this is the best! Thanks.

Perfect House, Great location

Great house for 13 people. So much room for all to move around and beach access right in the drive way with very short walk to beach. Downstairs area with ping pong and Tiki Bar was great for grilling and one rainy day. House is very clean, bedrooms and bathrooms very spacious and entire house was well decorated. Check in and out was very easy and everyone was so easy to work with during and while planning our trip. We rented bikes and went all over since sidewalks are everywhere. We will definitely be back!!!

Great time

The house was perfect for our week long stay,plenty of room for large groups, location is very good, the beach path was right at the house for a short walk to beach. The check in and checking out was really easy,everyone is very helpful,we had a great time and the weather was great too,we will be back!

Wonderful House.

Spent a week at the perfect house with five friends. Everyone had their own room and bath which made for the perfect girls' vacation. Beautiful spacious rooms, great kitchen/living room area and a fantastic pool/patio made it easy to relax and enjoy the week. Easy access to the beach, convenient location to stores and restaurants.... This is definitely on our list of places to go again!
