Escape the daily routine on the cliffs of Lake Erie! Located across the channel from Presque Isle Beach 11, the views are incredible! Guests will love the thoughtful amenities and beautiful neighborhood.

Built in 1938, this FLW- inspired ranch is a perfect gathering space. Grand family room wrapped in mahogany with soaring ceilings and space for everyone! The window from dining room provides an endless supply of living art with awesome views of the Great Lake. Guests will love the bright kitchen, well-stocked with espresso machine and Keurig coffees and kitchen basics. The kitchen opens up to a sprawling deck, professionally maintained lawn with automated sprinkler system. The house sits atop a very steep 80’ cliff above Lake Erie, with no fence or barrier. We do not recommend allowing any young children (or wild adults) to play unattended in back yard.

Home has two full bathrooms fully stocked with fine shampoo/conditioners, soaps and linens. Three bedrooms with ultra comfortable beds, soft bedding and simple Lakeside decor. There is also a flexible room between family room and kitchen with access to the front porch. This space is great for working remote and a Queen pull-out sofa for extra sleeping options.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Erie, PA. There is a public pavilion and beach- full of beach glass- just a short walk away at the corner of Lakeside and Chautauqua Blvd. It is an adventure to get down to the beach, along a rooted path, adding to its hidden gem allure! Please respect the neighborhood and practice quiet time beginning at 10 pm. No smoking, vaping, pets or illegal activity - $500 fee.

Guest must reserve with accurate count of people in their group. NO additional visitors permitted on property- whether staying or not. Hosts and staff live nearby.
